Abstract
Bekasi merupakan kota satelit yang berkembang sebagai penyangga Kota Jakarta, sebagian besar penduduk mencari kehidupan di kota Jakarta, pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk di Bekasi pertahun bertambah 2,45%, pertambahan ini cenderung melambat setiap tahun, jumlah penduduk 2.543.676, 00 jiwa dengan luas area 210,5 Km2, Sebagai kota satelit penyangga kota Jakarta terus berkembang membutuhkan tempat tinggal sebagai kebutuhan primer, dengan luas lahan yang tetap. Menjadi pilihan: Apartemen Sederhana, Menengah dan Mewah, hunian vertikal lebih efektif karena jumlah unit hunian yang dapat ditempati lebih banyak dengan lahan lebih kecil memberi RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU (RTH) lebih luas termasuk kolam penampungan air pengendalian banjir sebagai bagian RTNH. Penataan Ruang Terbuka Eksisting direncanakan sebagai jaringan saluran pengendalian banjir melalui gorong-gorong, sumur resapan dan peninggian tanggul kali yang melalui: Perumahan Pondok Pekayon Indah, Perumahan Galacy City dan Vila Jaka Setia, keterkaitan satu sama lain membutuhkan perencanaan terpadu antar Kawasan perumahan, metode penelitian yang digunakan dapat membantu mencari solusi penyelesaian permasalahan Apartemen Grand Kamala Lagoon seluas ± 29 Ha sebelumnya: rawa-rawa berlumpur sampai kedalaman 12 meter dan menjadi tempat pembuangan sampah, beralih fungsi sebagai kawasan hunian dengan perencanaan drainage Floating City Concept, perencanaan derainase kawasan Apartemen GKL belum direncanakan secara terintegrasi dengan Perumahan Cikas seluas 14,76 Ha dan Perumahan Pulo Permata Sari (PPS) seluas 12,08 Ha, yang sebelumnya adalah persawahan. Peralihan fungsi lahan menjadi kawasan Apartemen dan Perumahan berpengaruh terhadap resapan air sehingga dapat berakibat banjir akibat intensitas hujan yang tinggi, karena itu perlu pengendalian banjir secara terpadu termasuk pembenahan drainase kota dan derainase permukiman serta penataan kawasan terintegrasi. Kata kunci: Ruang Terbuka, Sistem Drainase, Kolam Penampung Air, Pompa dan Drainase kota serta pentaan Kawasan Terintegrasi. / Bekasi is a satellite city that is developing as a buffer for the city of Jakarta, most of the population seeks a life in the city of Jakarta, the growth of the population in Bekasi per year increases by 2.45%, this increase tends to slow down every year, the population is 2,543,676.00 people with an area of 210.5 km2, As a satellite buffer city, the city of Jakarta continues to grow, requiring a place to live as a primary need, with a fixed land area. Being the choice: Simple, Middle and Luxury Apartments, vertical housing is more effective because the number of residential units that can be occupied is greater with a smaller land area providing a wider GREEN OPEN SPACE (RTH) including a flood control water reservoir as part of the RTNH. Existing Open Space Arrangement is planned as a network of flood control channels through culverts, infiltration wells and raising the embankment of the river through: Pondok Pekayon Indah Housing, Galacy City Housing and Jaka Setia Villa, the interconnectedness requires integrated planning between Housing areas, the research method used can help find solutions to the problems of Grand Kamala Lagoon Apartment covering an area of ± 29 Ha previously: muddy swamps up to a depth of 12 meters and became a garbage dump, changing function as a housing area with Floating drainage planning City Concept, drainage planning for the GKL Apartment area has not been planned in an integrated manner with Cikas Housing covering an area of 14.76 Ha and Pulo Permata Sari (PPS) Housing covering an area of 12.08 Ha, which was previously rice fields. The conversion of land functions into Apartment and Housing areas has an impact on air absorption which can result in flooding due to high rainfall intensity, therefore integrated flood control is needed including improving city drainage and organizational drainage and integrated area planning.
