Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah; 1. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran Peluang risiko yang di hadapi pelaku usaha batu bata merah dalam melaksanakan proses produksi; 2. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran dampak risiko yang di hadapi pelaku usaha batu bata merah dalam melaksanakan proses produksi; dan 3. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran manajemen risiko pada pelaku usaha batu bata merah dalam melaksanakan proses produksi. Sedangkan permasalahan penelitian ini meliputi: 1. Kemungkinan Peluang risiko apa yang di hadapi pelaku usaha batu bata merah dalam melaksanakan proses produksi; 2. Apa saja Dampak risiko yang di hadapi pelaku usaha batu bata merah dalam melaksanakan proses produksi; dan 3. Apa saja manajemen risiko pada pelaku usaha batu bata merah dalam melaksanakan proses produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode risk assessment kualitatif. Sumber data berupa primary data melalui kuesioner secara wawancara mendalam (deep interview) dengan keyinforman. Juga menggunakan secondary data berupa literasi dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: 1. Wawancara Mendalam (Deep Interview); 2. Daftar Kuesioner berpedoman pada Indikasi, Peluang dan Dampak Risiko; 3. Penggunaan Dokumen; dan 4. Studi Pustaka. Untuk teknik analisis data, penelitian ini mengacu pada Manajemen Risiko 31000-2018. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari evaluasi risiko ditengarai ada beberapa yang masuk kategori index 5 (very high risk) meliputi: 1. Risiko Material; 2. Risiko Tenaga Kerja; 3. Financial; 4. Kondisi Alam; 5. Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi; 6. Keselamatan Kerja; dan 7. Metode Produksi. Keyword: Risk Management, ISO 31000. / The aims of this research are; 1. To get an idea of the risk opportunities faced by red brick business actors in carrying out the production process; 2. To get an idea of the impact of risks faced by red brick business actors in carrying out the production process; and 3. To get an overview of risk management for red brick business actors in carrying out the production process. Meanwhile, the problems of this research include: 1. What possible risks do red brick business actors face in carrying out the production process; 2. What are the impacts of risks faced by red brick business actors in carrying out the production process; and 3. What is the risk management for red brick business actors in carrying out the production process; This research uses a qualitative risk assessment method. The data source is primary data through a questionnaire using in-depth interviews with key informants. Also uses secondary data in the form of literacy and documents. Data collection techniques include : 1. In- depth interviews ; 2. Questionnaire List based on Risk Indications, Opportunities and Risk Impacts; 3. Use of Documents; and 4. Literature Study. For data analysis techniques, this research refers to Risk Management 31000- 2018. The research results show that from the risk evaluation it is suspected that there are several that fall into index 5 ( Very high risk ) category incxluding: 1. Material risk; 2. Labor Risk : 3. Fianancial ; 4. Natural Condition ; 5. Socioeconomic Conditions ; 6. Work Safety ; and 7. Productin Method. Keyword : Risk Managrment, ISO 31000
