Abstract

Ketika Jerman mengumumkan ambisi Energiewende, yang berarti perubahan besar dalam kebijakan energi, negeri itu berada di persimpangan. Sumber energi terbarukan menjadi jalan keluar dari ketergantungan pada energi fosil dan nuklir, sementara Partai Hijau Jerman muncul sebagai penggerak utama, membawa visi dan keberanian di tengah krisis lingkungan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis data sekunder dari buku, jurnal, dan dokumen terkait, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi visi dan strategi Partai Hijau Jerman melalui Teori Kepemimpinan Transformasional serta Konsep Transisi Energi. Penelitian ini menggali bagaimana Partai Hijau menggunakan kekuatan politik sirkular, visi transformasional, dan keterlibatan masyarakat luas untuk mempercepat transisi energi bersih, tak hanya bagi Jerman, tetapi bagi Uni Eropa. Dugaan temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh Partai Hijau mampu menyelaraskan kebijakan Eropa dengan kebijakan nasional, menumbuhkan energi berkelanjutan sebagai visi kolektif. Kata Kunci: Energiewende; Jerman; Partai Hijau; Uni Eropa. / When Germany announced the ambitions Energiewende, marking a major shift in energy policy, the country stood at a crossroads. Renewable energi became the path away from dependence on fossil fuels and nuclear power, with the German Green Party emerging as a key driver, bringing vision and courage amide enviromental crises. Using a qualitative approach based on secondary data from books, journals, and related document, this study explores the German Green Party’s vision and strategy through Transformational Leadership Theory and the Energy Transition Concept. This research delves into how the Green Party uses circular political power, transformational vision, and broad public engangement to accelerate the clean energy transition, not only for Germany but for Europian Union. The study’s findings suggest that the Green Party’s influence aligns European policies with national agendas, fostering sustainable energy as a collective vision.
