Abstract
Filipus Teguh Sitepu, Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Motivasi Kerja PT. Application Sollution Motivasi kerja pada dasarnya merupakan suatu dorongan internal atau eksternal dengan tujuan mendorong individu untuk bertindak, bekerja keras,dan mencapai tujuan terkait dengan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini memakai penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan bisa melihat pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada PT. Application Sollution. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni karyawan perusahaan dan didapat sebanyak 53 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data memakai angket (kuesioner). metode yang dipakai dalam mengkaji data yaitu dengan metode analisa regresi berganda. Hasil pada tingkat signifikan untuk variabel Beban Kerja (X1) se-besar 0,012 < 0 ,05 berarti signifikan, sementara nilai t - table.2.008 t - hitung.>.t - table (2,613 > 2,008), berarti variabel Beban Kerja ber-pengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap Motivasi Kerja PT. Application Sollution. Hasil penelitian pada variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) dengan Tingkatan signifikan se-besar.0,328 < 0,05 berarti signifikan dan nilai.t - tabel yaitu 2,008 t - hitung > t - tabel (-0,989 < 2,008) berarti Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja PT. Application Sollution. Diketahui uji simultan dengan nilai f-hitung 3.687 sementara nilai f-tabel 3,19 sehingga.f-hitung > f-tabel (3.687 > 3,19) dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,032 < 0,05 oleh karena itu Beban Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan dengan cara simultan berpengaruh positif..dan..signifikan..terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Nilai..Koefisiensi Determinasi..adjusted..R2 sebanyak 9,4% yang berarti Motivasi Kerja dipengaruhi..Beban Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan dan..sisanya..sebanyak 90,6% yakni Pengaruh variabel tambahan yang tidak diselidiki didalam penelitian ini. Akhir penelitian..ini menunjukan untuk meningkatkan Motivasi Kerja dalam Perusahaan, perusahaan harus memperhatikan Beban..Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan..agar..motivasi kerja karyawan meningkat, khususnya di PT. Application Sollution untuk kedepannya. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja , Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja. / Filipus Teguh Sitepu, The Influence of Workload and Leadership Style Work Motivation at PT.Application Solutions Motivation at its core is an internal or external drive aimed at prompting individuals to act, work hard, and achieve goals related to their work. This research employs quantitative research aimed at examining the influence of Workload and Leadership Style on Work Motivation at PT. Application Solution. The sample in this study consists of company employees totaling 53 individuals. Data collection method utilizes a questionnaire. The technique used to analyze the data is multiple regression analysis.The research results indicate significant levels for the Workload variable (X1) at 0.012 < 0.05, which means it is significant. Meanwhile, the t-table value of 2.008 is greater than the t-value of 2.613 > 2.008, indicating that the Workload variable has a positive and significant influence on Work Motivation at PT. Application Solution. The research findings for the Leadership Style variable (X2) show a significant level of 0.328 < 0.05, meaning it is significant, and the t-table value of 2.008 is greater than the t-value of -0.989 < 2.008, indicating that Leadership Style has a negative and insignificant effect on Work Motivation at PT. Application Solution. The simultaneous test yields an Fvalue of 3.687, while the F-table value is 3.19. Therefore, the F-value > F-table (3.687 > 3.19), and the significance value is 0.032 < 0.05. Hence, Workload and Leadership Style simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on Work Motivation. The adjusted Coefficient of Determination R^2 is 9.4%, meaning that Work Motivation is influenced by Workload and Leadership Style, while the remaining 90.6% represents the influence of additional variables not investigated in this study.In conclusion, to enhance Work Motivation within the company, PT. Application Solution should pay attention to Workload and Leadership Style to increase employee motivation, particularly in the future. Keywords: Workload, Leadership Style, Work Motivation
