Abstract

Riset ini dimaksudkan guna memahami sampai sejauh mana adanya korelasi diantara motivasi dan disiplin kerja atas prestasi kerja para pegawai di PT. Arwana Citramulia, Tbk. Adapun riset ini sendiri dilakukan dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan keseluruhan sampel sebanyak 57 responden dari PT. Arwana Citramulia, Tbk. Perolehan data dilakukan dengan menybarkan kuesioner kepada para pekerja PT. Arwana Citramulia, Tbk dimana dalam melakukan skala hitung terhadap seluruh pernyataan yang ada pada kuesioner penulis mempergunakan metode skala likert. Sedangkan dalam melakukan olah data penulis mempergunakan aplikasi SPSS. Riset ini memperlihatkan bahwa ditemukan keterkaitan yang erat diantara Motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan PT. Arwana Citramulia, Tbk. Ini terlihat dari adanya koefisien kolerasi rank spearman sebesar 0,653 dan dimana hasilnya uji thitung (6,389 melebihi ttabel (2,004) sehingga dinyatakan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, dan artinya diantara kedua variabel tersebut ditemukan adanya korelasi yang kuat. Dari hasil riset ini juga terlihat bahwa ditemukan adanya korelasi diantara Disiplin kerja dengan prestasi kerja dari para pegawai PT. Arwana Citramulia, Tbk. Hal ini di tunjukan adanya koefisien kolerasi rank spearman senilai 0,801 serta nilai uji thitung (9,933) melebihi nilai ttabel (2,004), sehingga dinyatakan diantara kedua variabel tersebut ditemukan adanya keterkaitan yang erat. / The goal of this study is to determine how much work discipline and motivation affect employees' performance at PT. Arwana Citramulia, Tbk. respectively. Quantitative data was used in this study, which involved 57 respondents from PT. Arwana Citramulia, Tbk. Employees of PT. Arwana Citramulia, Tbk were given questionnaires to complete in order to collect data. The author utilized the Likert scale method to calculate the scale for each statement in the questionnaire. In contrast, the SPSS application is used to process data. Employee performance at PT. Arwana Citramulia, Tbk is strongly correlated with work motivation, according to the study's findings. The presence of a Spearman rank correlation coefficient of 0.653 and the fact that the t-test results (6.389) are greater than the t-table (2.004) indicate that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating a significant correlation. The findings of this study indicate that work discipline and employee performance at PT. Arwana Citramulia, Tbk are strongly correlated. A substantial connection is detected, as evidenced by the Spearman rank correlation coefficient of 0.801 and the fact that the t-test value (9.933) is greater than the t-table value (2.004). This indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
