Abstract

PT Aplus Pacific merupakan perusahaan yang membuat produk bangunan dan sistem konstruksi. Mereka ahli dalam pembuatan kompon gipsum, papan plester serat gipsum, kompon sambungan siap pakai, lem cetakan, dan plester tuang. Dalam hal kebahagiaan pelanggan, mereka harus fokus pada tujuan perusahaan. Pada saat yang sama, di sisi lain kepentingan para pekerja juga harus direspon oleh pihak perusahaan. Di sini penulis melakukan riset ini dengan memanfaatkan data numerik, dimana analisis Spearman Rank dipergunakan untuk melihat datanya. Ada 35 orang yang mengikuti riset ini. Penulis dalam mengukur skala Kuesioner adalah dengan memakai skala likert untuk pernyataan-pernyataan dalam kuesioner diberikan kepada pekerja untuk mengumpulkan data. Penulis menggunakan alat komputer berupa SPSS 25 untuk menangani data. Dan menggunakan metode menonton. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pekerja Finance di PT Aplus Pacific Jakarta Barat-Cengkareng merasa senang dengan pekerjaannya dan melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik. Nilai Spearman Rank sebesar 0,706 menunjukkan hal tersebut benar adanya. Terdapat hubungan antara seberapa termotivasi karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaannya dengan seberapa baik mereka melakukan pekerjaannya di PT Aplus Pacific Jakarta Barat-Cengkareng. Nilai Spearman Rank sebesar 0,481 menunjukkan hal tersebut benar adanya. / PT Aplus Pacific is a company that makes building products and construction systems. They are experts in making gypsum compounds, gypsum fiber plasterboards, ready-to-use joint compounds, molding glue, and pouring plaster. In terms of customer happiness, they must focus on the company's goals. At the same time, on the other hand, the interests of the workers must also be responded to by the company. Here the author conducted this research by utilizing numerical data, where Spearman Rank analysis was used to view the data. There were 35 people who participated in this research. The author in measuring the Questionnaire scale is by using a Likert scale for statements in the questionnaire given to workers to collect data. The author uses a computer tool in the form of SPSS 25 to handle data. And using the viewing method. The findings of the study indicate that there is a relationship between Finance workers at PT Aplus Pacific West Jakarta-Cengkareng feeling happy with their work and doing their work well. The Spearman Rank value of 0.706 shows that this is true. There is a relationship between how motivated employees are in doing their jobs and how well they do their jobs at PT Aplus Pacific West Jakarta-Cengkareng. The Spearman Rank value of 0.481 shows that this is true.
