Abstract

Analisis Peran Komite Sekolah Terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Belajar Melalui Pengadaan Sarana Dan Prasarana Pembelajaran (SMA Negeri 4 Toraja Utara) Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran Komite Sekolah terhadap peningkatan mutu melalui pengadaan sarana dan prasarana di SMAN 4 Toraja Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) komite Sekolah SMAN 4 Toraja Utara ternyata dapat menunjang kualitas pembelajaran dengan menyediakan sarana dan prasarana sekolah (2) komitesekolah berperan untuk memberi pertimbangan, mendukung, mengontol dan sebagai mediator. (3) Tindakan yang diambil oleh Komite Sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan infrastruktur fasilitas di SMA Negeri 4 Toraja Utara dengan terus berupaya untuk membantu sekolah dalam hal pengadaansarana dan prasarana sekolah yang menunjang guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mutu belajar siswa yang lebih baik nantinya. Komite sekolah sangat berperan dalam peningkatan mutu belajar siswa SMAN 4 Toraja Utara melalui pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran. The analysis of the School Committee's Role in Improving Learning Quality through the Provision of Learning Facilities and Infrastructure (SMAN 4 North Toraja) The research aims to describe the role of the School Committee in improving the quality through the provision of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 4 North Toraja. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive research type. Data collection is done using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are as follows: (1) the School Committee of SMAN 4 North Toraja is able to support the quality of learning by providing school facilities and infrastructure, (2) the school committee plays a role in providing consideration, support, control, and mediation, (3) Actions taken by the School Committee to improve the quality of learning and facility infrastructure at SMAN 4 North Toraja by continuing to strive to assist the school in providing facilities and infrastructure that support teachers and students in the learning process for better student learning quality in the future. The school committee plays a significant role in improving the quality of student learning at SMAN 4 North Toraja through the provision of learning facilities and infrastructure.
