Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang secara teoritis dinilai memiliki hubungan dengan kepuasan kerja guru. Faktor-Faktor tersebut meliputi motivasi berprestasi dan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel bebas yang kemudian dianalisis hubungannya dengan kepuasan kerja guru sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian berlangsung selama 6 bulan yaitu Bulan September 2012 – Bulan Maret 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menerapkan analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi untuk mengukur hubungan kedua variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berdasarkan jawaban kuesioner para guru SMAK PENABUR Wilayah Jakarta Barat. Sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru yang berada dalam ruang lingkup SMAK PENABUR Wilayah Jakarta Barat yang berjumlah 103 orang. Penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 83 orang dan sisanya sebanyak 20 orang sebagai sampel uji coba. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi (X1) dengan kepuasan kerja guru (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0,551 dan F hitung = 35,351 yang lebih besar dari F tabel = 6,96. Selanjutnya terdapat pula hubungan positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi (X2) dengan kepuasan kerja guru (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi ry2 = 0,602 dan F hitung = 45,978 yang lebih besar dari F tabel = 6,96. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kepuasan kerja guru SMAK PENABUR Wilayah Jakarta Barat yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi berganda ry12 = 0,640 dan F hitung = 27,792 yang lebih besar dari F tabel = 6,96. / This research aims to analyze the factors that theoretically assessed have a relationship with the teacher’s job satisfaction. Those factors include the achievement motivation and the organization culture as independent variables which is then analyzed its relation to job satisfaction of teachers as dependent variable. The research lasted for 6 months i.e. September 2012 until March 2013. This research is quantitative research by applying correlation analysis and regression analysis to measure relationships between both independent variables with dependent variable. The data used is based on primary data from answers of questionnaire by the teachers SMAK PENABUR West Jakarta Territory. The population in this research are the teachers who are in the scope of the area of SMAK PENABUR West Jakarta Territory that 103 people. The sample determination using Slovin formula a total of 83 people and the rest about 20 people as a sample of the experiment. Based on the research results obtained that there are positive and significant relationship between achievement motivation (X1) and teacher’s job satisfaction (Y), indicated by the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,551 and F = 35,351 count greater than F table = 6.96. Furthermore there is also positive and significant relationship between organizational culture (X2) and teacher job satisfaction (Y), indicated by the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0,602 and F = 45,978 count greater than F table = 6.96. The conclusion from this research is there is a significant and positive relationship between achievement motivation and organizational culture is an accomplished together with the teacher’s job satisfaction of SMAK PENABUR West Jakarta Territory demonstrated by multiple correlation coefficient ry12 = 0.618 and F = 27,792 count greater than F table = 6.96.
