Abstract

Kata kunci: Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Dewan Komisaris, Struktur Kepemilikan, PT. BPR Wingsati. / The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the influence of the ownership structure, the effectiveness of the board of commissioners, and the application of GCG principles to Non-Performing Loans (NPL) at BPR Wingsati. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to BPR Wingsati employees. The research population consisted of 25 employees, with a sampling technique using the saturated sample method, which means that the entire population was used as a sample. The data is presented in numerical form using the Likert scale and processed using SPSS for Windows version 27. The data analysis method used is a quantitative method through multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of ownership structure, the effectiveness of the board of commissioners, and the application of GCG principles simultaneously had a significant effect on NPLs with an F-count value of 6.309 greater than the F-table of 3.05 and a significance value of 0.003 which is less than 0.05. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results of the t-test on the ownership structure variable, a t-calculated value of (-0.978) was obtained that was smaller than the t-table 2.03951 with a significance value of 0.339 greater than 0.05, which means that partially the ownership structure did not have a significant effect on NPLs. In the variable of the effectiveness of the board of commissioners, the t-count value of 2.115 is greater than the t-table of 2.03951 with a significance value of 0.047 is less than 0.05, indicating that the board of commissioners partially has a significant effect on NPL. Likewise, the application of GCG principles shows that the t-count of 2.672 is greater than the t-table of 2.03951 and the significance value of 0.014 is less than 0.05, which means that the application of GCG principles partially has a significant effect on NPLs. The value of the determination coefficient (R²) of 0.474 shows that 47.4% of the NPL variation in BPR Wingsati. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Board of Commissioners, Ownership Structure, PT. BPR Wingsati.
