Abstract
Maria Bhekti Utari: Hubungan Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru di Sekolah Victory Plus Bekasi. Tesis. Jakarta : Program Manajemen Pendidikan Pasca Sarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia, 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja Guru dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru di Sekolah Victory Plus Bekasi. Variabel bebas yaitu Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kinerja Mengajar Guru (Y). Penelitian secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dan sample penelitian sebanyak 66 orang guru TK dan SD Sekolah Victory Plus (SVP) dengan uji sampel sebanyak 15 orang diambil dari guru-guru SMP dan SMA di Sekolah Victory Plus. Pada perhitungan validitas dan realibilitas instrumen menggunakan teknik korelasional dengan rumus Korelasi Product Moment dan uji realibilitas dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach diperoleh instrumen yang valid dan reliabel 29 dari 34 butir variabel (X1), 37 dari 46 butir variabel (X2) dan 37 dari 49 butir variabel Y. Data berasal dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal dan linier. Pengujian hipotesis 1 diperoleh t hitung 6,515 > t tabel 1,669 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru mempunyai korelasi kuat dan positif dengan nilai korelasi sebesar r = 0,631. Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 39,9% terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Pengujian hipotesis 2 diperoleh t hitung 10,687 > t tabel 1,669 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya Motivasi Kerja mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru mempunyai korelasi kuat dan positif dengan nilai korelasi sebesar r = 0,801. Motivasi Kerja mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 64,1% tehadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Pengujian hipotesis 3 diperoleh F hitung 122,827 > F tabel 3,160 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya Program Pendidikan dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersamaan mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Koefisien korelasi ganda Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru (Y) didapat sebesar 0, 892 dengan koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,740. Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersamaan mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 79,6% terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (X1) dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru di SVP. 2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja (X2) dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru di SVP. 3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru di Sekolah Victory Plus Bekasi. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship beetwen Education and Training Programme and Motivation to the Teachers’ TeachingPerformance at Sekolah Victory Plus (SVP) Bekasi. The independent variables are Education and Training Programme (X1) and Motivation (X2) , the dependent variable is the Teachers’ Performance (Y). The assessment of descriptive study is using the Correlational approach. The study population and sample consists of 66 teachers at Sekolah Victory Plus Bekasi. From the calculation of the validity and realiability using correlational technique Product Moment Correlation formula dan reliability test with Alpha Cronbach formula obtained a valid and reliable instrument variable X1 29 out of 34 items, the variable X2 37 out of 46 items and the variable Y 37 out of 29 items. The data taken from a normally linear distributed population. The testing of the hypothesis 1 obtained t count 6,515 > t tabel 1,669 so it is proved that the hypothesis H0 was rejected and H1 accepted. Education and Training Programme and Teachers’ Teaching Performance have a strong and positive correlation with r = 0,631. Education and Teaching Performance contributes 39,9% to the Teachers’ Teaching Performance. Multiple correlation coefficient Education and Training Programme (X1) with Teachers’ Performance (Y) obtained at 0,892 and determined coefficient (R square) of 0,740. Education and Teaching Performance together with Motivation contributes 79,6% to the Teachers’ Teaching Performance. These show that: 1) There is a positive relationship between Education and Training Programme with Teachers’ Performance at SVP. 2) There is a positive relationship between Motivation with Teachers’ Performance at SVP. 3) There is a positive relationship between Education and Training Programme together with Motivation to Teachers’ Performance at Sekolah Victory Plus Bekasi.
