Abstract
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kompensasi dengan kepuasan kerja guru, antara iklim kerja dengan kepuasan kerja guru, dan antara kompensasi dan iklim kerja dengan kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Pembangunan Jaya Bintaro. Pendekatan atau metode yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan metode survey dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada guru yang sudah berstatus sebagai guru tetap. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dengan kepuasan kerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,396 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 15,7 %. Kecenderungan meningkatnya kepuasan kerja guru karena pengaruh kompensasi, Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara iklim kerja dengan kepuasan kerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ( r ) sebesar 0,604 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,5%. Terjadi kecenderungan meningkatnya kepuasan kerja guru karena dipengaruhi oleh iklim kerja . Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dan iklim kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kepuasan kerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ( r ) sebesar 0,628 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 39,4 %. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah sekolah dapat meningkatkan kompensasi dan iklim kerja dalam rangka meningkatkan kepuasan kerja guru di SD Pembangunan Jaya Bintaro. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Iklim Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja. / The objectives of the study were to find out whether there was a relationship between compensation and job satisfaction of teachers, between work climate and teacher work satisfaction, and between compensation and work climate with teacher's job satisfaction. This research was conducted at SD Pembangunan Jaya Bintaro. Approach or method that is done is using survey method by giving questioner to teacher who have status as permanent teacher. The result of this research concludes that there is a positive and significant correlation between compensation with teacher work satisfaction with correlations coefficients ( r ) 0.396 and determination coefficients 15,7%. The tendency of increasing of teacher work satisfaction because of the influence of compensation, There is positive and significant correlation between work climate with teacher work satisfaction with correlations coefficients ( r ) 0.604 and determination coeffiicients 36,5%. There is a tendency to increase teacher work satisfaction as influenced by work climate. There is a positive and significant correlation between compensation and work climate together with teacher job satisfaction with correlations coefficients ( r ) 0.628 and determination coefficients 39,4%. The implication of this research is that schools can improve compensation and work climate in order to improve teacher work satisfaction in SD Pembangunan Jaya Bintaro.
