Abstract

Mal Artha Gading yang merupakan salah satu pusat perbelanjaan yang sudah berdiri sejak 2004, keberadaannya sebagai salah satu pusat perbelanjaan yang dikunjungi oleh pengunjung yang datang dengan menggunakan angkutan umum. Hal tersebut menjadikan jalur pedestrian merupakan fasilitas yang penting bagi Mal Artha Gading, dimana keberadaan jalur pedestrian saat ini di Mal Artha Gading dinilai tidak memenuhi standar kenyamanan bagi pengunjungnya. Dengan adanya penelitian yang dilakukan dengan melibatkan pihak-pihak yang paling berperan dalam penggunaan fungsi jalur pedestrian di Mal Artha Gading, diharapkan dapat memberikan jawaban tentang bagaimana kepuasan pengguna jalur pedestrian yang sudah ada baik dari faktor fisik maupun non fisik jalur pedestrian yang sudah ada saat ini dan akan dijadikan bahap pertimbangan untuk kemudian mendapatkan bagaimana merancang jalur pedestrian yang baik di Mal Artha Gading yang sudah pasti akan memberikan keuntungan tersendiri bagi pihak Mal Artha Gading serta menjawab kebutuhan para pengunjung di Mal tersebut. Kata Kunci : Jalur Pedestrian, Pusat Perbelanjaan, Kenyamanan. / Mal Artha Gading which is one of the shopping centers that has been established since 2004, its existence as one of the shopping centers visited by visitors who come by using public transportation. This makes the pedestrian route an important facility for Mal Artha Gading, where the current pedestrian path at Mal Artha Gading is considered not meeting the standards of comfort for its visitors. By the research conducted by involving the parties who have the most role in the use of the function of the pedestrian pathway at Mal Artha Gading, it is expected to provide answers about how the existing pedestrian lane users satisfaction both from the physical and non-physical factors of the existing pedestrian lane and will be taken into consideration to then get how to design a good pedestrian path at Mal Artha Gading which will surely provide its own benefits for Mal Artha Gading and answer the needs of visitors at the Mall.
