Abstract

Sepak bola menjadi olahraga paling banyak diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Agar Indonesia dapat memiliki pemain-pemain yang berkualitas, sangat diperlukannya manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) yang baik. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memilih SSB Atmajaya Depok untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi manajemen diklat di SSB Atmajaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi manajemen diklat pada Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Atmajaya di Depok, Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian dalam skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 3 informan, yang terdiri dari pelatih di SSB Atmajaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa para pelatih sudah memberikan program pelatihan sesuai dengan visi dan misi SSB Atmajaya, peserta didik memiliki latar belakang yang berbeda-beda, program yang diberikan mengikuti Filosofi Sepak Bola Indonesia (Filanesia), sarana dan prasarana di SSB Atmajaya sudah lengkap dan berguna, serta pembiayaan (dana) yang dimiliki SSB Atmajaya bersumber dari iuran peserta didik. Maka saran yang dapat diberikan penulis adalah diharapkan untuk menambah pelatih atau asisten pelatih, kemudian juga disarankan untuk mencari donatur atau sponsorship agar tidak hanya mengandalkan sumber daya dari iuran peserta didik. For Indonesia to have qualified players, it is essential to have a good education and training (diploma). Therefore, the researchers chose the SSB Atmajaya Depok to look at the factors that influence the management of the Atmajaya SSB. The study analyze for information about the factors influencing football management at Atmajaya Football School (SSB) in Depok, West Java. The research method in this essay uses a qualitative research method with three informants, consisting of coaches at SSB Atmajaya. The results of this study showed that the trainers have already provided training programs following the vision and mission of SSB Atmajaya, students have different backgrounds, programs given following the Indonesian Football Philosophy (Filanesia), the means and practices at SSB Atmajaya are complete and valuable , as well as the funding (funds) that SSB Attmajaya owns is the source of the student's income. Then the advice that the writer can give is expected to add a trainer or an assistant trainer. Then it is also advised to seek donations or sponsorships so as not only to rely on the resources of the student's contributions.
