Abstract

Tujuan penelitian konseling individual di Sekolah adalah untuk memberikan bantuan bagi siswa yang menghadapi permasalahan, bakat dan minat, masalah pribadi, kehidupan sosial, belajar, dan pengembangan karir. Bantuan ini memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik agar mengembangkan dan mengekspresikan diri sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Sumber penelitian ini adalah siswa yang beragama kristen di SMPN 283 Bambu Apus, Cipayung, Jakarta Timur, Pelaksanaan Konseling inidividu ini telah dilaksanakan peneliti sejak Februari Tahun 2012. Adapun data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan siswa, baik wawancara langsung atau mendapatkan informasi dari peserta didik lainnya, Wali Kelas, sebagai sumber informan anak yang bermasalah dalam proses belajar mengajar, serta melalui dokumentasi dan fotoyang diperoleh dari guru Bimbingan dan Penyuluhan. Bimbingan dan konseling individu merupakan metode dalam membantu siswa bermasalah yang tidak dapat diselesaikan secara kelompok, sehingga melalui konseling individu siswa dapat mengutarakan latar belakang penyebab permasalahan secara jujur dan terbuka dengan penuh kerahasiaan. Sebagai dasar pokok ajaran Kristiani yaitu Firman Tuhan, siswa diajarkan menunjukkan perilaku yang mencerminkan sikap sebagai orang yang beriman. Hasil penelitian adalah konseling individu dalam pembentukan perilaku efektif bila didukung langsung oleh suatu perencanaan, pengorganisasi, pelaksanaan dan pengevaluasian yang dikoordinasi oleh guru BK dan kepala sekolah sebagai penanggung jawabnya. The goal of individual counseling research in the School is to provide assistance to students who are facing problems, talents and interests, personal, social life, learning, and career development. This assistance provides the opportunity for students to develop and express themselves according to the needs. Sources of this study is the students who are Christians in the SMP 283 Bambu Apus, Cipayung, East Jakarta, Implementation inidividu Counseling researchers have been carried out since February 2012. The data obtained through interviews with students, either direct interview or obtain information from other learners, Guardian Class, as the source of a troubled child informants in teaching and learning, as well as through documentation and foto obtained from the Guidance and Counseling teacher. Guidance and counseling individuals a method to help students with problems who can not be completed as a group, so that through counseling students could express their individual backgrounds cause problems honestly and openly with full confidentiality. As a basic principal Christian gospel is the Word of God, taught students exhibit behavior that reflects the attitude of the believer. The results of the study were individuals in the formation of behavioral counseling is effective when supported directly by planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating coordinated by BK teachers and principals as the responsible person.
