Abstract

Radang kandung empedu (kolesistitis) adalah reaksi inflamasi dinding kandung empedu. Umumnya kolesistitis disebabkan karena adanya batu kandung empedu. Kolelitiasis ialah penyakit batu empedu yang dapat ditemukan di dalam kandung empedu atau di dalam saluran empedu. Perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia menjadi penyebab meningkatnya prevalensi berbagai faktor resiko kolelitiasis. Beberapa faktor resiko terjadinya kolelitiasis salah satunya diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengetahui Hubungan Kolesistitis Kolelitiasis dengan Diabetes Mellitus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian retrospektif dengan teknik pengolahan data Chi-Square. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien Kolesistitis Kolelitiasis dengan Diabetes Mellitus pada bulan Agustus 2012-Agustus 2017 di RS UKI Jakarta. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasilnya dari 57 orang yang diteliti bahwa mayoritas pasien kolesistitis kolelitiasis dengan diabetes mellitus ialah usia 61-65 tahun. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mencari hubungan antara kolesistitis kolelitiasis dan diabetes mellitus dilihat dari usia, berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan teknik random sampling, tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kolesistitis kolelitiasis dan diabetes mellitus dengan usia koefisien P 0.116. Kata Kunci : Kolesistitis, Kolelitiasis, Diabetes Mellitus. / Cholecystitis is an inflammatory reaction of the gallbladder wall. Generally cholecystitis is caused by gallstones. Cholelithiasis is a gallstone disease that can be found in the gall bladder or in the bile ducts. Changes in the lifestyle of Indonesian society are the cause of the increasing prevalence of various risk factors of cholelithiasis. Some risk factors for the occurrence of cholelithiasis one diabetes mellitus. This study was designed to determine the association of Cholecystitis Cholelithiasis with Diabetes Mellitus. This research is an retrospective research with Chi-Square data processing technique. The population of this study were all patients Cholecystitis Cholelithiasis with Diabetes Mellitus in August 2012-August 2017 at RS UKI Jakarta. Data were processed using SPSS 21. The result of 57 people studied that the majority of cholecystitis cholelithiasis patients with diabetes mellitus is age 61-65 years. In this study the researchers looked for correlation between cholecystitis cholelithiasis and diabetes mellitus seen from age, based on random sampling, there was no significant correlation between cholecystitis kolelitiasis and diabetes mellitus with age coefficient P 0.116.
