Abstract

Stroke merupakan suatu kondisi yang terjadi ketika aliran darah ke otak mengalami gangguan secara mendadak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil klinis stroke pada pasien rawat inap di RS UKI periode Januari 2015 - Juli 2017. Desain penelitian ini adalah studi epidemiologi deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan teknik pengambilan data secara purposive sampling pada penderita stroke yang menjalani pelayanan rawat inap dan memiliki catatan medik yang lengkap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proporsi jenis stroke terbanyak adalah stroke iskemik (74,6%). Presentase terbanyak pasien stroke pada kelompok usia 51 – 70 tahun (56,8%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (50,7%), berasal dari suku batak (45%), tingkat pendidikan SMA (55,2%), tidak bekerja (53,7%), berstatus menikah (77,6%), mengalami keluhan lemah separuh badan (62%), memiliki onset >24 jam (46%), memiliki tekanan darah sistolik >160 mmHg (42%), memiliki tekanan darah diastolik >100 mmHg (40%), memiliki GCS 15-14 (82%), memiliki suhu 36,5-37,50C (58%), memiliki RR 16-20 kali/menit (54%), memiliki frekuensi nadi 60-100 kali/menit (90%), memiliki irama jantung reguler (96%), rangsang meningen negatif (96%), memiliki disfungsi saraf kranial VII (46%), gerakan spontan abnormal yang negatif (98%), memiliki trofi otot eutrofi (98%), mengalami hemiparesis (52%), memiliki refleks fisiologis yang normal (98%), tidak memiliki refleks patologis (70%), memilki sensibilitas yang normal (78%), memiliki koordinasi yang baik (62%), memiliki fungsi vegetatif yang baik, memiliki tonus otot yang baik, dan citraan hasil CT Scan normal (53,7%). Kata kunci: Stroke, Profil Klinis, Rumah Sakit UKI. / A stroke is a condition that occurs when blood flow to the brain is interrupted suddenly. This study aims to determine the clinical profile of stroke in inpatients at UKI Hospital in January 2015 - July 2017. The design of this study is a descriptive epidemiological study with cross sectional approach and data collection techniques by purposive sampling in stroke patients who undergo inpatient services and have complete medical records. The results showed the highest proportion of stroke type was ischemic stroke (74,6%). The highest percentage of stroke patients in the age group of 51-70 years (56.8%), female sex (50.7%), came from Batak tribe (45%), high school graduates on half sides (55.2%), 53,7%), married status (77,6%), had complaints of weakness of body (62%), had onset> 24 hours (46%), had systolic blood pressure> 160 mmHg (42%), had blood pressure diastolic> 100 mmHg (40%), has a GCS of 15-14 (82%), has a temperature of 36.5-37,50C (58%), has RR 16-20 times / minute (54%), has a pulse rate of 60 -100 times / min (90%), had a regular heart rhythm (96%), negative meningen stimuli (96%), had facial cranial nerve dysfunction (46%), negative abnormal spontaneous movements (98%), had no muscular atrophy, had hemiparesis (52%), had no pathologic reflex (70%), had normal sensibilities (78%), had good coordination (62%), had a good vegetative function, has good muscle tone , and a normal CT scan result (53.7%).
