Abstract

Kewaspadaan standar merupakan tindakan perlindungan terhadap pajanan pada petugas kesehatan serta untuk mengurangi risiko penyebaran dan terkena infeksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik perawat terhadap perilaku pelaksanaan kewaspadaan standar di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif terhadap 32 responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode Total Sampling. Data dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 68,8% perawat memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dan perilaku terhadap pelaksanaan kewaspadaan standar sebesar 53,1%. Disarankan untuk mengadakan pelatihan secara berkala dan sosialisasi SOP terkait kewaspadaan standar. Kata kunci: pajanan, infeksi, kewaspadaan standar, pengetahuan, perilaku. / Standard precautions are protection measures against exposure to health care workers and to reduce the risk of spread and infection.The purpose of this research was to investigate the characteristics of nurses to conduct the implementation of standard precautions in Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo. This research is a descriptive of the 32 respondents. The sampling’s method of this research is Total Sampling. Data were analyzed by univariate. The results showed that 68,8% of nurses had good knowledge and behavior towards the implementation of standard precautions is 53,1%. It is advisable to conduct regular training and socialization related SOP standard precautions. Key words: exposure, infection, standard precautions, knowledge, behavior.
