Abstract
Infeksi parasit usus merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang sering ditemukan pada anak di negara berkembang. Diperkirakan sekitar 3,5 miliar orang di dunia terinfeksi parasit usus, dan sebanyak 450 juta orang bermanifestasi klinis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui infeksi protozoa intestinal yang ditemukan pada tinja anak. Penilitian ini merupakan penilitian yang bersifat deskriptif prospektif dengan subyek penelitian berjumlah 85 anak yang dilakukan pada bulan November 2016 – Januari 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan angka infeksi protozoa intestinal pada anak-anak di Kampung Pluis RT 010 dan RT 011 Jakarta Selatan, Kelurahan Cawang Jakarta Timur yaitu RT 04, RT 06, dan RT 09 dan pasien anak rawat inap RS-UKI adalah 28,3% dengan rincian Blastocystis hominis 15,3%, Giardia lamblia 4,7%, Entamoeba coli kista 4,7%, Entamoeba histolytica kista 1,2% dan Cyclospora sp 2,4%. Kata kunci : protozoa intestinal, tinja, anak. / Intestinal parasitic infection is one health problem that is often found in children in developing countries. It is estimated that about 3.5 billion people in the world infected with intestinal parasites, and as many as 450 million people infected with symptom. This study aims to determine the infection of intestinal protozoa found in the feces of children. This research is a descriptive penilitian prospective research subjects are 85 children that took place in November 2016 - January 2017. The results showed the intestinal protozoan infections in children in Kampung Pluis RT 010 and RT 011 South Jakarta, East Jakarta Cawang Urban Village namely RT 04, RT 06 and RT 09 and pediatric patients hospitalized RS-UKI was 28.3% with 15.3% the details of Blastocystis hominis, Giardia lamblia 4.7%, 4.7% Entamoeba coli cyst, Entamoeba hystolitica cyst 1,2% and 2.4% Cyclospora sp. Key word : intestinalis protozoa, feses, children.
