Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara profesionalisme dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di TK Pembangunan Jaya I. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Pembangunan jaya I Bintaro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan angket yang diberikan terhadap 20 sampel,Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang (1) apakah profesionalisme mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru , (2) apakah budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (3) apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara profesionalisme dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru,4) Apakah profesionalisme lebih dominan dibandingkan budaya organisasi dalam memengaruhi kinerja guru? Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara profesionalisme terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,498, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,433 dan 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara profesionalisme dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Profesionalisme memengaruhi kinerja guru sebesar 0,498 dan budaya organisasi memengaruhi kinerja guru sebesar 0,433, profesionalisme lebih dominan dalam memengaruhi kinerja guru dibandingkan budaya organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima. Sebagai saran dengan penelitian ini, penulis berharap profesionalisme lebih baik lagi ditingkatkan sehingga kinerja guru semakin baik dengan cara memberikan pelatihan terhadap guru sehingga guru lebih profesional dan sebaiknya budaya organisasi lebih baik ditingkatkan sehingga kinerja guru semakin baik dengan cara membuat aturan yang lebih baik lagi sehingga guru merasa nyaman dan kinerja semakin baik serta bagi penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya menambah variabel penelitian, sehingga menghasilkan penelitian yang lebih baik lagi. Kata Kunci: profesionalisme, budaya organisasi, kinerja guru. / The research was conducted to find out whether there is an influence between professionalism and work culture on teacher performance in TK Development Jaya I. This research was conducted at TK Pembangunan Jaya I Bintaro. The method used in this research is quantitative method by using questionnaire given to 20 samples, The sample used in this research is saturated sampling. This study examines (1) whether professionalism has a significant effect on teacher performance, (2) whether organizational culture has a significant influence on teacher performance (3) is there a significant influence between professionalism and organizational culture on teacher performance? Professionalism is more dominant than organizational culture in influencing teacher performance? The result of this research conclude that 1) there is positive and significant influence between professionalism to teacher performance 0,498; 2) there are positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance 0,433 and 3) there is positive and significant influence between professionalism and organizational culture together Equal to teacher performance. Professionalism affects teacher performance by 0.498 and organizational culture affects teacher performance by 0.433, professionalism is more dominant in influencing teacher performance than organizational culture. Based on these results, the research hypothesis can be accepted. As a suggestion with this research, the authors hope that professionalism is better improved so that the better teachers performance by providing training to teachers so that teachers are more professional and better organizational culture better be improved so that the better teachers performance by making better rules so that teachers Feel comfortable and better performance as well as for further research should increase the research variables, resulting in better research.
