Abstract

Menarche adalah perdarahan pertama dari uterus yang terjadi pada remaja putri atau disebut menstruasi pertama. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya menarche, salah satunya status gizi. Selain status gizi, faktor lain yang harus diperhatikan ketika remaja putri mengalami menarche adalah pengetahuan dan sikap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara status gizi dan tingkat pengetahuan tentang menarche pada siswi kelas 6 SD Negeri Cipinang Melayu 04 Pagi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2018. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode total sampling sebanyak 56 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisa menggunakan uji statistik. Hasil uji statistik Chi-square dengan nilai p sebesar 0,412 (p ≥ 0,05) yang berarti tidak ada hubungan antara status gizi dengan tingkat pengetahuan tentang menarche pada siswi kelas 6 SD Negeri Cipinang Melayu 04 Pagi. Program pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja perlu dilakukan dimulai dari sekolah dasar dan diawasi oleh sekolah dan orangtua. Kata kunci : menarche, pengetahuan, sikap, status gizi. / Menarche is the first bleeding from the uterus that occurs in adolescent girl called the first menstruation. There are several factors that can affect occurrence of menarche, one of which is nutritional status. Furthermore, other factors that must be considered when adolescent girls experience menarche are knowledge and attitude. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an associated between nutritional status and the level of knowledge about menarche on 6th grade adolescent girls at Cipinang Melayu 04 Pagi Elementary School. These studies using descriptive analytic type with cross sectional design. The time of the study was conducted on October 22, 2018. Sampling technique using total sampling counted 56 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire with analysis using statistic test. The Chi-square statistical test results with a p value of 0.412 (p ≥ 0.05) which means there is no associated between nutritional status and the level of knowledge about menarche in 6th grade adolescent girls at Cipinang Melayu 04 Pagi Elementary School. The existence of adolescent reproductive health education program starting in primary school and supervised by school and parents. Keywords : menarche, knowledge, attitude, nutritional status.
