Abstract

LATAR BELAKANG: Hipertensi adalah tekanan darah ≥ 140/90 mmHg dan melebihi batas normal (JNC – VII). Faktor risiko karena hipertensi ialah usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, trigliserid, HDL, LDL, kolesterol, asam urat, dan status gizi. Penulis tertarik untuk meneliti dengan judul “Gambaran Faktor Risiko Kejadian Hipertensi di Klinik Tjakra Tahun 2020 karena prevalensi hipertensi yang semakin meningkat di seluruh dunia, khususnya di Indonesia. METODE: Desain penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional dan pengumpulan data yang akan dilakukan menggunakan data sekunder. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian adalah hipertensi dan variabel independen yaitu: usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, trigliserid, HDL, LDL, kolesterol, hiperurisemia, dan status gizi. Analisa data menggunakan analisis univariat. HASIL: Faktor yang terbukti sebagai faktor risiko hipertensi pada analisis univariat adalah: usia 40 tahun – 49 tahun (51,9%), jenis kelamin perempuan (57,4%), tingkat pendidikan SMA (55%), seorang yang tidak bekerja (54,3%), kadar LDL 100 – 129 mmHg (38,1%), kadar kolesterol tinggi (51,9%), dan status gizi berlebih (59,7%). Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Faktor Risiko Hipertensi. / High blood pressure is defined as BP ≥140/90 (mmHg). The risk factors of hypertension are age, gender, education, job, triglyceride, HDL, LDL, cholesterol, hyperuricemia, and nutritional status. The author is interested in research with the title “Gambaran Faktor Risiko Kejadian Hipertensi di Klinik Tjakra Tahun 2020” because of the prevalence of hypertension has been increasingly in around the world. Methods: This research design was using observasional – analytic. The sample in this study used secondary data. The dependent variable was hypertension and the independent variables in this study were gender, age, education, job, triglyceride, HDL, LDL, cholesterol, hyperuricemia, and nutritional status. Analysis of the data was univariate analysis. Result: The factors that have been proven to be risk factors for hypertension based on univariate analysis that have a risk of hypertension are age 40 years – 49 years (51,9%), female (57,4%), senior high school education level (55%), someone who doesn’t work (54,3%), LDL levels of 100 – 129 mmHg (38,1%), high cholesterol levels (51,9%), and excess nutritional status (59,7%).
