Abstract

Elektrokardiogram memberikan informasi penting untuk diagnosis dan prognosis, terutama ketika pelacakan diperoleh selama episode nyeri. Elektrokardiogram yang benar-benar normal tidak menyingkirkan kemungkinan sindrom koroner akut. Kira-kira sepertiga dari semua kematian di Indonesia disebabkan oleh penyakit kardiovaskular (CVD), dengan penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) menjadi penyebab utama kematian di negara ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran EKG pada pasien dengan Angina pektoris di RSU UKI pada periode bulan Januari 2018 – bulan April 2018. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah retrospektif metode penelitiaan deskriptif yang dilakukakan pada bulan Oktober - November 2018. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa hasil persentase ialah gambaran normal sebanyak 46 orang (30,1%) yaitu dengan persentase wanita 28 orang dan laki-laki 18 orang lalu abnormal sebanyak 117 0rang (69,9%) yang terdiri dari ST-Depresi sebanyak 41 orang , ST-Elevasi sebanyak 23 orang, T-Datar sebanyak 13 orang, T- depresi sebanyak 30 orang yaitu dengan persentase wanita 61 orang dan laki-laki 46 orang. The electrocardiogram provides important information for diagnosis and prognosis, especially when the result is obtained during episodes of pain. A truly normal electrocardiogram does not exclude the possibility of acute coronary syndrome. Approximately one third of all deaths in Indonesia are caused by cardiovascular disease (CVD), with coronary heart disease (CHD) being the main causes of death in this country. This study was conducted to determine the ECG picture in patients with Angina pectoris at UKI General Hospital in the period January 2018 - April 2018. The design used in this study was a retrospective descriptive research method conducted in October - November 2018. In this study it was found that the percentage results were normal images of 46 people (30.1%), namely the percentage of women 28 people and men 18 people then abnormal as many as 117 people (69.9%) consisting of ST-Depression as many as 41 people, ST-Elevation as many as 23 people, T-Datar as many as 13 people, depression as many as 30 people, with the percentage of women 61 people and men 46 people.
