Abstract

Indonesia menggunakan kuasa budayanya di Berlin, Jerman dalam periode 2020- 2024 sebagai salah satu cara melakukan diplomasi budaya untuk mencapai kepentingan nasional. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan pandemi COVID-19, Indonesia berhasil beradaptasi dengan memanfaatkan platform digital dan acara hybrid untuk mempromosikan kebudayaannya. Kegiatan meliputi pameran seni, pertunjukan musik dan tari, festival film, serta promosi kuliner. Rumah Budaya Indonesia, KBRI Berlin, ITB Berlin dan komunitas diaspora berperan penting dalam upaya ini. Untuk mendukung penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode penulisan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa jurnal, buku, artikel, dokumen negara, dan skripsi. Penulisan ini ditulis menggunakan empat Konsep, yaitu Konsep politik luar negeri, Konsep soft power, Konsep diplomasi budaya, dan Konsep kepentingan nasional. Diplomasi budaya terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat hubungan bilateral, meningkatkan pemahaman lintas budaya, dan mempromosikan keberagaman Indonesia di era globalisasi. Kata kunci : Politik Luar Negeri, Diplomasi Budaya, Kepentingan Nasional , Soft Power, Berlin. / Indonesia uses cultural power in Berlin, Germany in the 2020-2024 period as a way of carrying out cultural diplomacy to achieve national interests. Despite facing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Indonesia has managed to adapt by utilizing digital platforms and hybrid events to promote its culture. Activities include art exhibitions, music and dance performances, film festivals, and culinary promotions. Rumah Budaya Indonesia, the Indonesian Embassy in Berlin, ITB Berlin and the diaspora community play an important role in this effort. To support this research the author used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of journals, books, articles, state documents and theses. This research was written using four concepts, namely the concept of foreign policy, the concept of soft power, the concept of cultural diplomacy, and the concept of national interests. Cultural diplomacy has proven effective in strengthening bilateral relations, increasing cross-cultural understanding, and promoting Indonesia's diversity in the era of globalization.
