Abstract

Dokumenter Dari Bali ke Lampung: Kisah Toleransi Budaya merupakan karya dokumenter yang menceritakan mengenai kehidupan toleransi budaya yang terjadi di Kampung Talang Bali Srimenanti, Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Naskah dokumenter yang disusun akan menggunakan penulisan naratif. Penulisan naratif dalam naskah dokumenter akan menceritakan secara terstruktur mulai dari sejarah dan proses transmigrasi, kehidupan masyarakat, dan kehidupan toleransi. Penggunaan penulisan naratif diterapkan untuk mempermudah khalayak dalam memahami serta menerima infromasi yang ingin disampaikan. Tujuan penulisan naratif pada naskah dokumenter agar dokumenter yang divisualisasikan mempunyai kesan santai dan sederhana, seolah merangkul khalayak agar merasa terlibat langsung dalam setiap cerita yang disampaikan. Dengan penulisan naratif, diharapkan dapat meminimalisir kejenuhan khalayak saat menonton tayangan dokumenter. Pada karya dokumenter ini, diharapakan khalayak untuk memahami nilai dan pentingnya toleransi. Kata Kunci: Dokumenter, Naratif, Toleransi. / Documentary From Bali to Lampung: A Story of Cultural Tolerance is a documentary work that tells about the life of cultural tolerance that occurs in Talang Bali Srimenanti Village, West Lampung Regency. The documentary script will use narrative writing. Narrative writing in the documentary script will tell a structured story starting from the history and process of transmigration, community life, and life of tolerance. The use of narrative writing is applied to make it easier for the audience to understand and receive the information to be conveyed. The purpose of narrative writing in the documentary script is so that the visualized documentary has a relaxed and simple impression, as if embracing the audience to feel directly involved in every story told. With narrative writing, it is expected to minimize audience boredom when watching documentary shows. In this documentary, the audience is expected to understand the value and importance of tolerance.
