Abstract
Era revolusi industri yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya konektivitas, kecerdasan artifisial, dan internet of things telah berdampak besar pada dunia pendidikan. Guru perlu memiliki kompetensi literasi digital yang baik. Sayangnya di Indonesia masih banyak guru yang tidak memiliki literasi digital yang baik. Hasil observasi awal di Sekolah Lentera Harapan (SLH) Toraja menunjukkan bahwa masih ada guru yang belum memanfaatkan media digital dengan baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Literasi digital merupakan salah satu kompetensi pedagogik yang harus dikuasai oleh guru untuk mendukung keberhasilan belajar siswa di era revolusi industri 4.0. Manajemen sarana dan media pembelajaran, serta kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan faktor eksternal yang memengaruhi kompetensi guru. Kepala sekolah di SLH Toraja menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan melayani. Untuk itu melalui penelitian ini, penulis akan mengungkap ada tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani (X1) terhadap kompetensi literasi digital guru (Y), mengungkap ada tidaknya pengaruh manajemen media pembelajaran berbasis ICT(X2) terhadap kompetensi literasi digital guru (Y), serta untuk mengungkap ada tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani (X1) dan manajemen media pembelajaran berbasis ICT (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi literasi digital guru (Y). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Data yang diperoleh diuji korelasi dengan menggunakan uji Spearman’s Rho dan regresi linear. Hasil uji Spearman’s Rho menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi wariabel X1 terhadap variabel Y adalah <0,001 yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X2 terhadap variabel Y, demikian juga dengan X2 terhadap variabel Y. Analisis regresi terhadap variabel X1 dan Y menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi <0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak, yang berarti variabel X1 memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y. Demikian juga dengan variabel X2 terhadap variabel Y. Hasil uji Anova menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi <0.05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan melayani dan manajemen media pembelajaran berbasis ICT berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi literasi digital guru. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Melayani, Kompetensi literasi digital, Manajemen Media Pembelajaran Berbasis ICT, Pendekatan Kuantitatif. / The era of the Industrial Revolution, marked by increased connectivity, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things, has significantly impacted the world of education. Teachers need to have strong digital literacy competencies. Unfortunately, many teachers in Indonesia still lack adequate digital literacy. Initial observations at Sekolah Lentera Harapan (SLH) Toraja indicate that some teachers have not effectively utilized digital media in the learning process. Digital literacy is a crucial pedagogical competency that teachers must master to support student learning success in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The management of learning facilities and media, as well as the leadership of school principals, are external factors that influence teacher competence. The principal at SLH Toraja adopts a servant leadership style. Therefore, through this research, the author aims to reveal whether there is an influence of servant leadership (X1) on teachers' digital literacy competence (Y), to uncover whether ICT-based learning media management (X2) influences teachers' digital literacy competence (Y), and to determine whether servant leadership (X1) and ICT-based learning media management (X2) together influence teachers' digital literacy competence (Y). The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data obtained were tested for correlation using Spearman's Rho test and linear regression. The results of the Spearman's Rho test show that the significance value of variable X1 to variable Y is <0.001, indicating a significant relationship between variable X1 and variable Y, as well as between variable X2 and variable Y. Regression analysis of variables X1 and Y shows a significance value of <0.05, which means Ho is rejected, indicating that variable X1 has a significant effect on variable Y. Similarly, variable X2 has a significant effect on variable Y. ANOVA test results show a significance value of <0.05, which means Ho is rejected, concluding that servant leadership and ICT-based learning media management collectively have a significant influence on teachers' digital literacy competence.
