Abstract
50% kasus perdarahan antepartum paling sering terjadi akibat Plasenta Previa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi graviditas dengan kejadian Plasenta Previa berdasarkan jumlah paritas dan abortus pada ibu hamil di RSU UKI tahun 2013-2017. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian retrospektif, deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Total sampling dan didapat data sebanyak 37 kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat korelasi graviditas dengan kejadian plasenta previa berdasarkan jumlah paritas dan abortus di RSU UKI tahun 2013-2017 dengan nilai signifikansinya adalah 0,000 dan 0,041 (p < 0,05). Kata kunci : Graviditas, Plasenta Previa, Paritas, Abortus About 50% cases of Antepartum bleeding is most common due to Placenta Previa. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation of gravidity with the incidence of Placenta Previa based on the number of parity and abortion of pregnant women in RSU UKI. This type of study is a retrospective and descriptive with cross sectional approach. There were 37 cases of the total sampling used in this technique and the results showed, there was a correlation between gravidity with incidence of placenta previa based on the number of parity and abortion at RSU UKI in period of 2013-2017 with significance value is 0,000 and 0.041 (p <0.05 ).
