Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko Analisis Risiko Terhadap Pengelolaan Limbah Infeksius Yang Tidak Tepat Di Rumah Sakit Hermina. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari metode penyajian data dari hasil tanggapan responden (Kuisioner), serta hasil wawancara penulis dengan pihak pihak yang terkait dan juga memakai hasil pnelitian yang relevan dengan objek penelitian yang diteliti. Dalam hal ini, data primer dari Rumah Sakit Hermina. Analisis memakai pendekatan yang digunakan ialah risk assessment matrix dan menganalisis dengan model analisis Heat Map. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam proses bisnis pengelolaan limbah infeksius yang tidak tepat di Rumah Sakit Hermina mengidikasikan 2 (dua) kegiatan memiliki nilai risk assessment matrix dengan kategori tinggi sebagai berikut; Ijin operasional Rumah Sakit dicabut nilai risiko sebesar 18. Biaya pengobatan karyawan meningkat nilai risiko sebesar 17,4. Dengan demikian mitigasi untuk mengecilkan peluang dan dampak terhadap kejadian yang tidak diinginkan harus selalu dilakukan, terutama terhadap 2 (dua) kegiatan yang diuraikan sesuai karakteristik pekerjaan masing – masing. Kata Kunci: risiko, pengelolaan limbah. / This study aims to analyze the risk of risk analysis for improper infectious waste management at Hermina Hospital. The data of this study were obtained from the method of presenting data from the responses of respondents (Questionnaire), as well as the results of interviews with the parties concerned and also used research results that were relevant to the research object under study. In this case, primary data from Hermina Hospital. The analysis using the approach used is the risk assessment matrix and analyzes with the Heat Map analysis model. The findings in this study indicate that in the improper process of managing infectious waste in the Hermina Hospital indicates that 2 (two) activities have a risk assessment matrix value with the following high categories; Hospital operating permit revoked risk value by 18. Employee treatment costs increased risk value by 17.4. Thus mitigation to minimize opportunities and impacts on unwanted events must always be carried out, especially for 2 (two) activities that are described according to the characteristics of each work.
