Abstract

Suatu mesin diesel penggerak traktor pertanian produksi milik Perusahaan X yang sudah dipakai selama 3 tahun mengalami penurunan pada daya yang dihasilkan terhadap pengaruh jam kerja. Untuk itu dilakukan kembali pengujian menggunakan running test machine untuk mengetahui hasil kinerja mesin tersebut terhadap pengaruh jam kerja. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan teori konservasi energi motor bakar untuk mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi mengenai perhitungan hasil pengujian mesin penggerak traktor. Hasil dari analisis dan pembahasan dapat membuktikan bahwa kemampuan kinerja mesin penggerak traktor pertanian terhadap jam kerja pemakaian selama 3 tahun pada putaran maju untuk putaran 3150 rpm yakni, mesin penggerak traktor perakitan awal dibandingkan dengan mesin penggerak traktor setelah beroperasi selama 3 tahun memiliki efisiensi sebesar 92,65 %, dan konsumsi bahan bakar solar mesin traktor setelah pemakaian 3 tahun lebih boros. Dengan hasil tersebut maka mesin HST masih layak digunakan dan masih sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ada sehingga dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dalam bentuk produk massal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pertanian. Kata Kunci : Mesin Diesel, Motor Bakar, HST KHS 23 JTSB. / A tractor drive engine uses a production diesel engine owned by Company X that is intended to be researched on the effect of working hours that have been used for 3 years which will re-test the performance of the engine using a running test machine. Problems are limited to the analysis of the testing process and calculations that occure in the performance of the tractor drive engine. The analysis was carried out using the theory of fuel motor energy conservation to obtain results in accordance with the specifications regarding the calculation of the test results of the tractor drive engine. The analytical method used to process existing data which includes efficiency, power, torque and generated rotation. The results of the analysis and discussion can prove that the ability of the performance of the agricultural tractor driving machine to the working hours of usage for 3 years on the forward cycle for 3150 rpm, the initial assembly tractor drive compared to the tractor drive after operating for 3 years has an efficiency of 92, 65%, and fuel consumption of tractor diesel engines after usage 3 years is more wasteful. With these results, the HST machine is still feasible to use and is still in accordance with existing specifications so that it can be further developed in the form of mass products to meet agricultural needs.
