Abstract

Kinerja karyawan adalah penilaian terhadap kemampuan pegawai dalam memenuhi standar mutu yang diharapkan dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai tujuan organisasi. Beberapa faktor dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, tetapi pada penelitian ini dibatasi pada faktor budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Budaya organisasi adalah cara yang diterapkan dalam aktivitas kerja yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perilaku pegawai sedangkan komitmen organisasi berkaitan dengan kondisi pegawai yang mendukung organisasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Ditjen Perhubungan Laut, KementerianPerhubungan RI dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 30 pegawai. Pengujian dilakukan dengananalisis Pearson Product Moment dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan paket program SPSSversi 29. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara budaya organisasi,komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Ditjen Perhubungan Laut, Kementerian Perhubungan RI. / Employee performance is an assessment of the employee's ability to meet the expected quality standards in carrying out tasks according to organizational goals. Several factors can influence employee performance, but this research is limited to organizational culture and organizational commitment. Organizational culture is the method applied in work activities that has an influence on employee behavior, while organizational commitment is related to employee conditions that support the organization. The aim of the research is to find out how organizational culture and organizational commitment relate to employee performance. The research was carried out at the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia by taking a sample of 30 employees. Testing was carried out using Pearson Product Moment analysis and data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 29 program package. The results of this research found a strong relationship between organizational culture, organizational commitment and employee performance within the Directorate General of Maritime Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia.
