Abstract

Penggunaan TSI adalah untuk meningkatkan Efektivitas dan Efisiensi dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Fungsi TSI yang tepat tidak terlepas dari kriteria pemilihan jenis teknologi yang akan digunakan oleh Bank. Sistem aplikasi komputer yang digunakan di bidang perbankan harus bisa mengakomodasikan semua kebutuhan bank. Tujuan Penelitian Tugas Akhir yaitu untuk Untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh peranan PACE dalam menganalisa rekening koran nasabah (perusahaan) dan untuk mengetahui proses penggunaan sistem PACE dalam menganalisa rekening koran dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Riset Kepustakaan dan Riset Lapangan . Penyusunan laporan keuangan akan menjadi lebih valid dan detail dikarenakan setiap transaksi bank telah terekam kedalam rekening koran. Rekening koran juga merupakan laporan yang diberikan bank setiap bulannya kepada pemegang rekening giro yang berisikan informasi tentang transaksi yang dilakukan oleh bank terhadap rekening tersebut selama satu bulan dan saldo kas bank. Package of Accurate Convenient and Efficient recasting (PACE) adalah tool yang mengotomasi proses analisis rekening koran untuk memudahkan proses dan mempertajam hasil analisis rekening koran. PACE tersebut merupakan sistem komputer yang telah dirancang oleh Bank BNI. Penggunaan sistem PACE tidak lepas dari peran evaluasi yang dimana sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari pada perusahaan. Pada dasarnya sistem PACE diluncurkan oleh seorang audit yang dimana melihat belum optimalnya verifikasi data nasabah yang dilakukan dan dikerjakan oleh karyawan-karyawan di dalam unit PKT (Perbaikan Kualitas Kredit). Kata Kunci : Rekening Koran, dan PACE. / The use of TSI is to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of tasks and services to the community. The proper function of TSI cannot be separated from the criteria for selecting the type of technology that will be used by the Bank. The computer application system used in the banking sector must be able to accommodate all bank needs. The research objectives of the Final Project are to determine how far PACE's role is in analyzing customer (company) checking accounts and to determine the process of using the PACE system in analyzing checking accounts using the research methods used, namely library research and field research. The preparation of financial statements will be more valid and detailed because every bank transaction has been recorded in a checking account. The checking account is also a report that the bank gives each month to the checking account holder which contains information about transactions made by the bank against the account for one month and the bank's cash balance. Package of Accurate Convenient and Efficient recasting (PACE) is a tool that automates the checking account analysis process to simplify the process and sharpen the results of checking account analysis. PACE is a computer system that has been designed by Bank BNI. The use of the PACE system cannot be separated from the role of evaluation which is very necessary to improve the quality of the company. Basically, the PACE system was launched by an audit which saw that customer data verification was not optimal, which was carried out and carried out by employees in the PKT (Credit Quality Improvement) unit.
