Abstract

Dalam mewujudkan pembangunan nasional yang baik dan utuh sejalan dengan perkembangan diberbagai bidang, maka perkembangan pendidikan juga mengalami kemajuan yang pesat dengan didukung fasilitas-fasilitas yang lengkap. Ini merupakan suatu daya tarik yang kuat bagi mahasiswa/i di luar Jakarta untuk datang dan menimbah ilmu di Jakarta. Maka kebutuhan tempat tinggal bagi mahasiswa/i dari luar Jakarta sangat berpengaruh. Dengan melihat hal–hal di atas maka sudah selayaknya apabila disediakan sarana asrama mahasiswa. Rencana pembangunan asrama mahasiswa akan membantu pemecahan permasalahan akan tempat tinggal bagi mahasiswa/i. Selain dari hal – hal di atas ada hal–hal positif dengan keistimewaannya yang berbeda dengan asrama pada umumnya yaitu pada pendekatan- pendekatan ruang Interaktif. Penerapan ruang interaktif dapat terjadi jika antara dua individu atau kelompok terdapat kontak sosial dan komunikasi dan juga pendekatan Psychology is the study of human behavior and human relationship merupakan pendekatan psikologis yang dapat memberdayakan khususnya mahasiwa dalam hal berinteraksi sosial yaitu interaksi manusia dengan dunia sekitarnya, baik yang berupa manusia lain maupun yang bukan manusia; hewan, iklim,dan kebudayaan. Kata kunci : Bangunan Asrama Mahasiswa Dengan Pendekatan Ruang Interaktif dengan nilai- nilai Sosial Dan Psychology. / In realizing good and intact national development in line with developments in various fields, the development of education is also experiencing rapid progress with the support of complete facilities. This is a strong attraction for students outside Jakarta to come and gain knowledge in Jakarta. So the housing needs of students from outside Jakarta are very influential. By looking at the things above, it is appropriate to provide student dormitory facilities. Plans for the construction of student dormitories will help solve the problem of housing for students. Apart from the things above, there are positive things with distinctions that are different from the dormitory in general, namely the approaches of Interactive space. The application of interactive space can occur if between two individuals or groups there is social contact and communication and also the approach of Psychology is the study of human behavior and human relationship is a psychological approach that can empower students in terms of social interaction, namely human interaction with the surrounding world, both in the form of other human beings or non-human beings; animals, climate, and culture.
