Abstract

Penelitian ini dapat bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sepeda motor merek Honda di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Kristen Indonesia, dengan tiga variabel utama yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini antara lain citra merek, harga, dan kualitas produk. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam pendalaman penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari survei kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada responden dengan menggunakan pengujian purposive sampling, dan populasi dalam pengujian penelitian ini adalah 70% dari total mahasiswa FEB UKI angkatan 2020, 2021, 2022 yang terdaftar aktif di semester Gasal TA 2023/2024. Sampel yang diambil dalam pengujian penelitian ini yaitu 62 responden. Dalam pengujian penelitian ini yang menjadi variabel independen yaitu citra merek, harga dan kualitas produk, selain itu variabel dependen nya yaitu keputusan pembelian. Analisis yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini yaitu meliputi uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien Determinasi (R2 ), uji t dan uji F. Sebagai referensi dan data tambahan untuk penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penulisan studi kepustakaan melalui buku, jurnal, peneliti terdahulu dan sumber data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor merek Honda. (2) ada pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor merek Honda. (3) ada pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor merek Honda (4) Ada pengaruh citra merek, harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor merek Honda. Kata Kunci : Citra merek, Harga, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian. / This research aims to analyze and understand the factors that influence the decision to purchase a Honda brand motorbike among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Indonesian Christian University, with the three main variables studied in this research being brand image, price and product quality. The data source used in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed to respondents using purposive sampling, and the population in this research is 70% of the total FEB UKI students class of 2020, 2021, 2022 who are actively registered in the Odd semester. FY 2023/2024. The sample taken in this research was 62 respondents. In this research, the independent variables are brand image, price and product quality, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The analysis used in this research includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2 ), t test and F test. As a reference and additional data for this research was obtained through literature study through books, journals, previous researchers and other data sources related to this research. The results of this research show that: (1) There is an influence of brand image on purchasing decisions for Honda brand motorbikes. (2) there is an influence of price on the decision to purchase a Honda brand motorbike. (3) there is an influence of product quality on the decision to purchase a Honda brand motorbike (4) There is an influence of brand image, price and product quality on the decision to purchase a Honda brand motorbike.
