Abstract

Tesis ini mengeksplorasi dampak dari penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap pengembangan karakter siswa SMP Global Mandiri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam konteks pendidikan agama Kristen dapat membantu menciptakan siswa berkarakter yang memiliki landasan moral yang kuat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei, observasi, dan wawancara terhadap siswa, guru, dan orangtua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan karakter siswa. Siswa-siswa menjadi lebih sadar akan nilai-nilai Pancasila, seperti keadilan, kejujuran, persatuan, dan toleransi, dan menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Mereka juga menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pemahaman dan praktik nilai-nilai Kristen. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan yang mendalam tentang upaya mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pendidikan agama Kristen sebagai alat untuk membentuk karakter siswa. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan dengan nilai-nilai agama untuk menciptakan siswa berkarakter yang berkontribusi positif bagi masyarakat. Kata kunci: P5, Pendidikan Agama Kristen, karakter. / This thesis explores the impact of implementing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in Christian Religious Education on the development of students' character at SMP Global Mandiri in Jakarta. The research aims to understand how the integration of Pancasila values in the context of Christian Religious Education can assist in nurturing students with strong moral foundations. The research methods employed include surveys, observations, and interviews conducted with students, teachers, and parents. The research findings reveal that the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in Christian Religious Education has had a positive impact on the development of students' character. Students have become more aware of Pancasila values, such as justice, honesty, unity, and tolerance, and have applied them in their daily lives. They have also shown an improvement in their understanding and practice of Christian values. This research provides an in-depth perspective on the efforts to integrate Pancasila values into Christian religious education as a tool for shaping students' character. The implications of this research underscore the importance of a holistic approach to education that combines national values with religious values to create well-characterized students who contribute positively to society.
