Abstract

Studi literatur ini disusun untuk menguraikan kondisi kesehatan mental mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19 serta cara-cara praktis yang dapat dijadikan rujukan untuk mengelola kesehatan mental mahasiswa bagi optimalisasi pembelajaran online. Berdasarkan hasil telaah dari berbagai jurnal tentang kesehatan mental mahasiswa, diperoleh hasil bahwa kondisi pandemi dan perubahan metode pembelajaran berpotensi mengganggu kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Untuk mengatasinya, mahasiswa perlu mengelola kesehatan mental pribadi dengan dukungan internal maupun eksternal, seperti meningkatkan sisi spiritualitas, melakukan aktivitas fisik yang menyehatkan, membentuk kebiasaan berpikir dan merasa secara positif, serta mencari dukungan dari pihak Universitas maupun bantuan profesional. Kata Kunci: kesehatan mental, pandemi covid-19, perkuliahan online, stres. / This literature study was prepared to describe the mental health conditions of college students during the Covid-19 pandemic as well as practical ways that can be used as a reference for managing student mental health for the optimization of online learning. Based on the results of a review of various journals on student mental health, it was found that pandemic conditions and changes in learning methods had the potential to disrupt students' mental health. To overcome this, college students need to manage their personal mental health with internal and external support, such as improving their spirituality, doing healthy physical activities, forming habits of thinking and feeling positively, and seeking support from the University and professional.
