Abstract
The goal of the research is to determine the factors affecting the sales volume of Batavia Café. Especially to analyze the relationship of Advertising, Personal Selling,andSales Promotion to the Sales Volume. The research used quantitatif descriptif using secondary data of the cost of Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, and the Sales Volume. The data is monthly for periode year 2013 to 2015. The research uses multiple regression analysis. The results show that there are no relationship between advertising and personal selling with the sales volume. On the other hand, sales promotion affect sales volume. However, the result of F-test shows that the independent variables altogether affect the sales volume of Batavia Café.
