Abstract

Nabilla Natasya Prahastiwi, Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Iphone 11 ( Studi Kasus Mahasiswa/i FEB Manajemen UKI ) Di era revolusi industri pada saat ini handphone merupakan salah satu teknologi yang berkembang dengan cepat. Kehadiran teknologi maju dirasakan sangat berguna untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia sehingga pekerjaan yang sulit dan kompleks dapat terselesaikan dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone iphone 11 pada Mahasiswa/I Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Prodi Manajemen Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuosioner kepada responden yang sudah memiliki kriteria, sudah menggunakan produk tersebut, dan berada dikomunitas yang sama sebanyak 50 orang responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2), uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan smartphone iphone 11, ada pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone iphone 11, ada pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone iphone 11, terdapatnya pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone iphone 11 adalah 78% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. Saran pada penelitian ini bagi pihak perusahaan Smartphone iphone diharapkan mampu menambah kualitas produknya, serta berinovasi pada setiap produknya sehingga dapat menciptakan smartphone yang canggih yang berbeda dari smartphone lainnya. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga, Citra merek, Keputusan Pembelian. / Nabilla Natasya Prahastiwi, The Influence of Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image on Iphone 11 Smartphone Purchase Decisions (Case Study of UKI FEB Management Student) In the era of the industrial revolution, mobile phones are one of the fastest growing technologies. The presence of advanced technology is felt to be very useful in facilitating human work so that difficult and complex jobs can be complered in a relatively short time. This study ains to determine the effect of product quality, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions for the iPhone 11 smartphone amaong students of the Faculty of Economics and Bussiness, Management Study Program, Indonesia Christian University. The data source used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents who already have the criteria, have used the product, and are in the same community as many as 50 respondents using purposive sampling. The independent variables in this study consist of product quality, price, and brand image, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The analysis used in this study includes validity test, reability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test, and f test. The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of product quality one iPhone 11 smartphone decisions, there is an effect of price on the purchase decision of the iPhone 11 smartphone, there is an effect of brand image on the purchase decision of the iPhone 11 smartphone, there is an effect of product quality, price, and brand image on the purchase decision of the iPhone 11 smartphone is 78% and the rest is influenced by other variables thst not included in this research. Suggestions in this research for the iPhone smartphone company are expected to be able to increase the quality of their product and innovate in each of their products so that they can create sophisticoted smartphones that are different from other smartphones.
