Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan bangunan dan fasilitas-fasilitas yang baik dari aspek-aspek Arsitektural, fungsi, efektifitas, dan mampu menjadi wadah yang beragam jenis aktivitas/kegiatan pendukung yang meningkatkan kebutuhan kesehatan, kecantikan, kebugaran, serta relaksasi melalui SPA Health Body & Beauty Care. sasaran dari perancangan SPA Health Body s& Beauty Care yakni menjadikan sarana kebutuhan dari kesehatan, kecantikan, kebugaran bahkan juga menjadi tempat relaksasi untuk menghilangkan penat yang dimana dibutuhkan suasana nyaman dan tenang dalam satu tempat, sehingga adanya Perancangan SPA Health Body s& Beauty Care dengan Penerapan Arsitektur Perilaku Urban Lifestyle di Kemang, Jakarta selatan ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam setiap aktifitas/kegiatan kebutuhan kesehatan, kecantikan, kebugaran, serta relaksasi. Berdasarkan perancangan SPA Health Body & Beauty care ini adalah penerapan Arsitektur Perilaku dimana konsep ini diharapkan dapat menyesuaikan aktifitas perilaku masyarakat perkotaan yang saat ini lebih individual dan serba instan karena lingkungan aktifitas dalam dunia pekerjaan yang padat. Rancangan menggunakan Perilaku Urban Lifestyle yakni kehidupan masyarakat perkotaan saat ini. Perancangan SPA Health Body & Beauty Care dengan Penerapan Arsitektur Perilaku Urban Lifestyle di pilih agar desain yang tercipta berfungsi menampung kegiatan-kegiatan masyarakat dalam kesehatan dan perawatan tubuh serta kecantikan yang terletak di Kemang, Jakarta Selatan dengan penerapan arsitektur perilaku kehidupan masyarakat perkotaan (Urban Lifestyle) saat ini, serta memberikan banyak dampak positif bagi masyarakat setempat. / This research aims to provide buildings and facilities that are good in terms of architecture, function, effectiveness, and are able to become a place for various types of activities/support activities that increase the need for health, beauty, fitness, and relaxation through SPA Health Body & Beauty Care. The target of the design of SPA Health Body s & Beauty Care is to make the facilities needed for health, beauty, fitness even a place of relaxation to relieve fatigue which requires a comfortable and calm atmosphere in one place, so that there is a SPA Health Body s & Beauty Care Design with the Application of Architecture This Urban Lifestyle behavior in Kemang, South Jakarta can provide convenience in every activity/activities that need health, beauty, fitness, and relaxation. Based on the design of SPA Health Body & Beauty care, this is the application of Behavioral Architecture where this concept is expected to be able to adjust the behavioral activities of urban communities, which are currently more individual and instantaneous due to the busy work environment. The design uses Urban Lifestyle Behavior, namely the life of today's urban communities. The design of the Health Body & Beauty Care SPA with the Application of Urban Lifestyle Behavioral Architecture was chosen so that the design created functions to accommodate community activities in health and body care and beauty which is located in Kemang, South Jakarta with the application of urban lifestyle behavior architecture (Urban Lifestyle) today, as well as providing many positive impacts for the local community.
