Abstract

Manajemen sarana dan prasarana sekolah adalah suatu langkah pengelolaan yang diawali dengan rencana, pengadaan, pemakaian, penyimpanan dan pengeluaran seluruh sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang terlaksananyaproses pembelajaran untuk tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Survei ini dilakukan di SDN Penjaringan 03. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang bagaimana pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran di SD Negeri 03 Penjaringan. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk memberikan gambaran, gambaran, atau gambaran yang sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenaisifat-sifat dan hubungan antar fenomena yang diteliti. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sarana dan prasarana, guru akuntan sekolah, guru akuntan barang, dan pengelola sarana prasarana. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui 1) wawancara, 2) observasi, dan 3) studi dokumen. Sarana dan prasarana pendidikan SDN Penjaringan 03 dikelola dengan berbagai cara, mulai dari rencana, perolehan, penggunaan, penyimpanan, dan pembuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan SDN Penjaringan 03 cukup efektif. Masih terdapat beberapa aktivitas yang belum maksimal dijalankan pada level atau langkah pengelolaan, yaitu aktivitas penggunaan dan penghapusan. Merujuk pada hasil penelitian tersebut, penulis menyarankan agar sekolah lebih memperhatikan kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana yang ada, dan berharap agar para guru lebih memahami teknis penggunaan sarana dan prasarana tersebut. Untuk melengkapi prosedur dan ketentuan penghapusan, sekolah hendaknya mempertimbangkan kegiatan penghapusan untuk melengkapi dokumen. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan, Sarana dan Prasarana, Pendidikan. / Management of school facilities and infrastructure is a management step that begins with planning, procurement, use, storage and expenditure of all facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of the learning process to achieve effective and efficient learning objectives. This survey was conducted at Penjaringan 03 Public Elementary School. The purpose of this studywas to obtain information about how learning facilities and infrastructure are managed at Penjaringan 03 Public Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods with the aim of providing a systematic, factual and accurate description, description, or description of the characteristics and relationships between the phenomena studied. The data sources for this research were school principals, deputy heads of facilities and infrastructure, school accounting teachers, goods accounting teachers, and infrastructure managers. Methods of data collection were carried out through 1) interviews, 2) observation, and 3) document study. Educational facilities and infrastructure at SDN Penjaringan 03 are managed in various ways, starting fromplanning, acquisition, use, storage and disposal. The results showed that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SDN Penjaringan 03 was quite effective. There are still a number of activities that have not beencarried out optimally at the management level or steps, namely usage and deletion activities. Referring to the results of this study, the authors suggest that schools pay more attention to activities related to the use of existing facilities and infrastructure, and hope that teachers will have a better understanding of the technical use of these facilities and infrastructure. To complete the proceduresand conditions for deletion, schools should consider deletion activities to complete the document. Keywords: Management, Facilities and Infrastructure, Education
