Abstract

Demam Berdarah adalah suatu penyakit yang muncul dengan tanda demam namun pada beberapa kasus bisa juga tanpa gejala, ciri khas pada DBD adalah adanya kebocoran kapiler plasma pada pembuluh darah pasien sehingga biasanya akan terjadi peningkatan kadar hematokrit, penyakit DBD ini juga merupakan penyakit yang diderita oleh pasien anak kecil. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat gambaran profil klinis dari pasien DBD anak di RSU UKI pada tahun 2021/2022 dimulai dari karakteristik pasien antara lain jenis kelami,usia,penyakit komorbid serta hal lain seperti gambaran kadar hematokrit,gambaran pemeriksaan fisik,lama perawatan dan luaran pasien DBD anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif Retrospektif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan karakteristik pasien DBD anak banyak adalah laki-laki, dan rentan usia pasien terbanyak pada usia 12-13 tahun, dan kebanyakan tidak memiliki komornbid, untuk pemeriksaan hematokrit rata-rata mengalami peningkatan, lama perawatan rata-rata antara 3-6 hari, dan luaran pasien semua sembuh. Kata Kunci : Demam Berdarah Anak, Profil Karakteristik, Hematokrtit, Pemeriksaan Fisik, Lama perawatan, Luaran Pasien. / Dengue fever is a disease that appears with signs of fever but in some cases it can also be without symptoms. The characteristic of dengue fever is the leakage of plasma capillaries in the patient's blood vessels so that usually there will be an increase in hematocrit levels. Dengue fever is also a disease suffered by the patient. small child. The aim of this study isto look at the clinical profile of pediatric dengue fever patients at RSU UKI in 2021/2022 starting from patient characteristics including gender, age, comorbid diseases and other things such as description of hematocrit levels, description of physical examination, length of treatment and patient outcomes. Children's dengue fever. This research is a retrospective descriptive research. The results of this study show that the characteristics of pediatric dengue fever patients are that many are male, and the most vulnerable age of the patients is 12-13 years old, and most do not have comorbidities, for hematocrit examination the average has increased, the average length of treatment is between 3-6 days, and the outcome of all patients recovered.
