Abstract

Salah satu factor, tercapainya kesuksesaan dalam keberhasilan pekerjaan proyek dipengaru hi oleh peran projek manajer. Supaya tercapainya keberhasilan pekerjaan dibutuhkan projek manajer yang handal, serta mengetahui tugas sebagai pemimpin pekerjaan dalam mengetahui persyaratan kompetens dibutuhkan. Kompetensi projek manajer dapat diukur oleh 3 aspek yaitu knouwledge (pengetahuan), Skill ( Keterampilan), dan Atitude (Sikap). Dalam lapangan kerja kepemimpinan yang baik sangat diperlukan didalam projek manajemen yang merupakan seorang pemimpin didalam suatu proyek. Sehingga fondasi awal yang baik untuk mengarahkan suatu proyek dalam keberhasilan dan berkembang lebih baik. Dalam kaitannya projek manajer pada pekerjaan kontruksi memiliki tingkat kerumitan sangat tinggi dalam mengkoordinasi pengadaan peralatan, material, dan sumber daya manusia. Keter libatan banyak pihak maupun individu dalam proses produksi kontruksi secara tidak langsung akan membentuk Supply Chain yang kompleks. Hubungan tersebut akan membentuk suatu hubungan salah satu ma ta rantai dalam suatu produksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilak ukan melalui survei mengunakan koesioner. Dengan sasaran respondens penelitian merupakan orang - orang yang berpengalaman di bidang jasa konstruksi dan bertindak sebagai projek manajer. Pengolahaan data dapat dilakukan dalam 3 tahap, yaitu analisa factor mer ingkas/mereduksi variabel jumlah variable menjadi beberapa tim factor menjadi variable bebas, dilanjutkan ketahap uji korelasi dengan variable terkait. Dari hasil analisa didapat 50 orang respondens hasil r sebesar 5% (0.05) ke 50 responden sebesar 0.278, uji normalitas sebanyak 50 responden mean = 0.00, nilai signifikan 0.200>0.05 sehingga regresi distribusi normal, hasil uji hipotesis nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.0000< 0.05 disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. K ata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Projek Manajer , Kinerja , Supply Chain, Keberhasilan, Konstruksi. / One factor, the achievement of success in the success of project work is influenced by the role of the project manager. In relation to project managers, construction work has a very high level of complexity in coordinating the procure ment of equipment, materials, and human resources. The involvement of many parties and individuals in the construction production process will indirectly form a complex supply chain. This relationship will form a relationship one of the links in a producti on. The data collection technique was carried out through a survey using a questionnaire. With the target of research respondents are experienced people in the field of construction services and act as project managers. Data processing can be carried out i n 3 stages, namely factor analysis, summarizing/reducing the number of variables into several team factors into independent variables, followed by the correlation test stage with related variables. From the results of the analysis obtained 50 respondents r results of 5% (0.05) to 50 respondents of 0.278, normality test as many as 50 respondents mean = 0.00, significant value 0.200> 0.05 so that the regression is normal distribution, the results of hypothesis testing significance value of 0.0000 <0.05 conclu ded Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
