Abstract

Kecamatan Sukamakmur, Kabupaten Bogor merupakan kawasan perkebunan dan agrowisata terutama pada site lokasi proyek. Dengan adanya pembangunan infrastruktur terpadu pada kawasan ini diharapkan memiliki peran penting dalam menumbuhkan dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi kawasan tersebut, maka diharapkan dengan adanya pusat penelitian dan pengembangan tanaman sayuran yang berbasis dengan wisata dan perdagangan di Kabupaten Bogor dapat mengembangkan perekonomian dan juga membantu mengatasi masalah pertanian yang ada, seperti kualitas dan kuantitas benih, pengadaan teknologi pertanian terkini, hama dan sebagainya. Perancangannya dapat meminimalisir pengrusakan alam dan dapat memanfaatkan potensi alam dengan sebaik baiknya dan juga terciptanya keselarasan antara rancangan dengan lingkungan sekitar. Kata Kunci : Pusat Penelitian, Tanaman Sayuran, Arsitektur Ekologis. / Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency is a plantation and agro-tourism area, especially at the project site. With the development of integrated infrastructure in this area it is hoped that it will have an important role in growing and encouraging economic growth in the region, it is hoped that the existence of a center for research and development of vegetable crops based on tourism and trade in Bogor Regency can develop the economy and also help overcome agricultural problems that arise. exist, such as the quality and quantity of seeds, procurement of the latest agricultural technology, pests and so on. The design can minimize the destruction of nature and can make the best use of natural potential and also create harmony between the design and the surrounding environment.
