Abstract

Sejak pertama kali muncul covid-19 di Wuhan, Cina, Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) telah menyatakan penyakit covid-19 sebagai darurat kesehatan dunia. Dampak terhadap perekonomi global tidak lain adalah kebijakan yang diberlakukan oleh pemerintah dari negara-negara yang terkena dampak, termasuk penutupan perbatasan, penutupan bisnis, wajib menjaga jarak sosial, dan karantina yang terkait dengan penutupan tempat-tempat umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori rezim internasional dan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam dengan bentuk studi kasus. Pada masa pandemiCOVID-19, WHO berperan penting dalam memfasilitasi diplomasi kesehatan global dan mendukung negara-negara, termasuk Indonesia, dalam mengatasi tantangan ekonomi kesehatan global selama lockdown yang diakibatkan oleh pandemi covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bagaimana upaya-upaya penangana covid-19 telah berdampak pada ekonomi kesehatan Indonesia selama pandemiCOVID-19. Hasil penelitian tersebut dapat memberikan wawasan tentang keefektifan dan tantangan dalam menghadapi pandemi ini. Kata Kunci: WHO, lockdown, Covid-19, Ekonomi Kesehatan. / Since Covid-19 first appeared in Wuhan, China, the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared Covid-19 a world health emergency. The impact on the global economy is none other than the policies implemented by the governments of the affected countries, including border closures, business closures, mandatory social distancing, and quarantines associated with the closure of public places. This research uses international regime theory and this research uses qualitative methods in the form of a case study. During the COVID-19 pandemic, WHO played an important role in facilitating global health diplomacy and supporting countries, including Indonesia, in overcoming global health economic challenges during the lockdown caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The research results show how efforts to deal with Covid-19 have had an impact on Indonesia's health economy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this research can provide insight into the effectiveness and challenges in dealing with this pandemic. Keywords: WHO, lockdown, Covid-19, Health Economics
