Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara luas, bagaimana kompetensi guru pengajar PAK untuk tingkat SD, SMP, SMA di HKBP Karawang dari aspek kompetensi pedagogik, aspek kopempetensi profesionalisme, aspek kompetensi keperibadian dan aspek kompetensi sosial. Guru pengajar pendidikan agama kristen tersebut, bukan berlatar belakang pendidikan agama kristen, tetapi pada umumnya berprofesi sebagai guru di berbagai sekolah negeri di kota Karawang. Pentingnya penelitian tentang evaluasi kompetensi guru PAK yang dilaksnakan di gereja HKBP Karawang untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan guru-guru pengajar agama kristen dari aspek kompetensi guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kwalitatif diskriptif. Sumber data adalah informan dan dokumen penunjang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, obsevasi Hasil penelitian tentang evaluasi pendidikan agama kristen untuk tingkat SD, SMP dan SMA di HKBP Karawang dari aspek kompetensi pedagogik, guru-guru PAK HKBP Karawang, berupaya untuk memenuhi kemampuan untuk menjalankan peranannya sebagai pengajar dan pembimbing sebagai seorang guru agama kristen. Demikian juga dengan kemampuan mengelola pembelajaran, guru PAK berupaya untuk mampu memberi tujuan maupun pemahaman dalam pelajaran agama kristen. Pengembangan dan evaluasi terhadap peserta didik terlihat dalam pelaksanaan pedidikan. Evaluasi dari kompetensi profesionalisme, guru-guru PAK HKBP Karawang berupaya untuk menguasai materi pembelajaran secara luas dan mendalam melalui referensi buku-buku agama yang terkait dengan pendidikan agama kristen, Evaluasi dari aspek kompetensi keperibadian, guru PAK HKBP Karawang memilki perilaku pribadi guru agama yang pantas diteladani oleh anak didik. Guru tampil dengan perilaku yang jujur dan pribadi yang berdedikasi tinggi sebagai pengajar guru agama. Tugas mengajar PAK kepada anak-anak jemaat HKBP Karawang, adalah tugas panggilan dalam pelayanan kepada Tuhan Yesus Kristus. Evaluasi dari aspek kompetensi sosial, guru PAK HKBP Karawang berupaya untuk mampu mengadakan hubungan atau komunikasi dengan anak didik, dengan sesama guru juga dengan masyarakat sekitar. Dalam pergaulan dalam sekolah dan lingkungan, guru memahami peranannya sebagai guru agama, dengan tampilan empati dan santun. Kata kunci : Pendidikan agama kristen, Kompetensi guru, Gereja HKBP Karawang. / This study aims to find out broadly how the competence of PAK teaching teachers for elementary, junior high, high school levels in HKBP Karawang is from aspects of pedagogical competence, aspects of professional competence, aspects of personal competence and aspects of social competence. The teacher teaching Christian religious education, does not have a background in Christian religious education, but generally works as a teacher in various public schools in the city of Karawang. The importance of research on evaluating the competence of PAK teachers carried out at the HKBP Karawang church is to find out how far Christian religion teaching teachers are from the aspect of teacher competence. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data are informants and supporting documents. Data collection is done by interview, observation The results of research on the evaluation of Christian religious education for elementary, middle and high school levels in HKBP Karawang from the aspect of pedagogic competence, PAK HKBP Karawang teachers strive to fulfill their abilities to carry out their roles as lenders and mentors as a Christian religion teacher. Likewise with the ability to manage learning, PAK teachers strive to be able to provide goals and understanding in Christian religion lessons. The development and evaluation of students can be seen in the implementation of education. Evaluation of the competence of PAK HKBP Karawang teachers seeks to understand learning material broadly and in depth through references to religious books related to Christian religious education. protege. The teacher comes out with an honest and personal behavior that makes him high as a teacher of religion. The task of teaching PAK to the HKBP Karawang congregation is a vocation in service to the Lord Jesus Christ. Judging from the aspect of social competence, PAK HKBP Karawang teachers try to be able to establish relationships or communicate with students, with fellow teachers as well as with the surrounding community. In association at school and in the environment, the teacher understands his role as a religious teacher, with an empathetic and polite appearance.
