Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses PLAN Indonesia dalam mengatasi kesetaraan gender di dunia kerja terkhususnya di Indonesia. isu kesetaraan gender merupakan salah satu isu teraktual yang ada di Indonesia, hal ini dikarenakan masih banyaknya masyarakat Indonesia yang belum memahami tentang konsep kesetaraan gender, selain itu Indonesia merupakan salah stau negara yang dalam lingkungan sosial dan budaya masyarakatnya masih secara umum melihat peran laki-laki dan perempuan secara konvensional yakni laki-laki sebagai kepala keluarga yang bertugas mencari nafkah sementara itu tugas perempuan adalah menjadi ibu rumah tangga yang merawat anak dan mendidik anak serta mengurus rumah tangga. Dengan adanya isu kesetaraan gender tersebut, salah organisasi non pemerintah yakni Yayasan PLAN International Indonesia kemudian membuat kegiatan kesetaraan gender di dunia kerja yakni Girls Takeover (GTO) agar semakin banyak kaum muda perempuan Indonesia menjadi sadar akan hak-haknya sebegai perempuan. Pertanyaan penelitian yang akan diangkat dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji dengan menggunakan konsep Feminisme Gender dan Konsep Non Governmental Organization (NGO), dari kedua konsep tersebut peneliti akan menganalisis isu kesetaraan gender yang ada di dunia kerja. Dalam Penelitian ini peneliti akan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang akan di analisis berdasarkan studi kasus yang didukung dengan sumber data primer berupa wawancara dan data sekunder berupa analisis jurnal dan artikel ilmiah. Kata kunci: Isu Kesetaraan Gender di dunia kerja Indonesia, yayasan PLAN Internasional Indonesia, Girls. / This study aims to determine the process of Plan Indonesia in overcoming gender equality in the world of work, especially in Indonesia. The issue of gender equality is one of the most actual issues in Indonesia, this is because there are still many Indonesians who do not understand the concept of gender equality, besides that Indonesia is one of the stau of the country that in the social and cultural environment of its society still generally sees the role of men and women conventionally, namely men as the head of the family who are in charge of making a living while the task of women is to become a housewife who take care of the child and educate the child and take care of the household. With the issue of gender equality, one of the non-governmental organizations, namely the PLAN International Indonesia Foundation, then created a gender equality activity in the world of work, namely The Girls Takeover (GTO) so that more and more young Indonesian women become aware of their rights as women. The research questions that will be raised in this study will be studied using the concept of Gender Feminism and the Concept of Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), from these two concepts researchers will analyze the issue of gender equality in the world of work. In this research, researchers will use qualitative research methods that will be analyzed based on case studies supported by primary data sources in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of analysis of journals andscientific.articles.
