Abstract

ABSTRAK Surya Ningsih Manguma, Pengaruh Kontribusi Peran Orang Tua dan Guru terhadap Kedisiplinan Belajar Siswa Kelas X Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Tesis Pascasarjana Program Studi Administrasi/Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia, 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kontribusi peran orang tua dan guru terhadap kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas X Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 129 siswa kelas X Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner secara langsung. Uji instrumen dan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan diperoleh besar pengaruh kontribusi peran orang tua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar sebesar 0,687 atau 68,7%, besar pengaruh guru terhadap kedisiplinan belajar sebesar 0,298 atau 29,8%,dan besar pengaruh kontribusi peran orang tua dan guru terhadap kedisiplinan belajar secara bersama-sama sebesar 0,428 atau 42,8%. Melalui hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepada setiap orang tua dan guru untuk mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa baik dirumah maupun disekolah sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajarnya. Postgraduate Thesis if Educational Administratin/Management Study Program, Indonesian Christian University, 2022. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the contribution of the role of parents and teachers on the learning discipline of the class X Light Vehicle Engineering students at Tagari Rantepao Christian Vocational School. This type of research is a survey research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 129 students of class X Light Vehicle Engineering at the Tagari Rantepao Christian Vocational School. Data collection techniques were carried aout by distributing questionnaires directly. Instrumen testing and data analysis were carried out with the help of SPSS version 25. Based on the hypothesis testing carried out, it was found that the influence of the contribution of the role of parents on learning discipline was by 0.687 or 68,7%, the influence of the teacher on learning discipline was by 0.298 or 29,8%, and the contribution of the role of parents anda teachers to learning discipline together was by 0.428 or 42,8%. Through the results of this study, it is hoped that every parents and teacher will be able to improve student learning discipline both at home and at school so that they can improve their learning achievement.
