Abstract
Cathrine Novatisa, Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepatu VANS (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa/mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Kristen Indonesia). Riset ini punya tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor keputusan pembelian diantaranya: terdapat pengaruh kualitas komoditas secara partial pada keputusan pembelian sepatu brand Vans, terdapat pengaruh harga dengan partial pada keputusan pembelian sepatu brand Vans, terdapat pengaruh promosi dengan partial pada keputusan pembelian sepatu brand Vans, terdapat pengaruh kualitas komoditas, harga, serta promosi dengan bersamaan pada keputusan pembelian sepatu brand Vans. Separuh besar populasi pada riset ini ialah mahasiswa aktif pada Universitas Kristen Indonesia yang telah memakai sepatu Vans. Narasumber pada riset ini sejumlah 58 narasumber serta metode penarikan sample yang dipakai yakni purposive sampling. Metode analisa data yang diterapkan pada riset ini ialah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan memakai Software SPSS 25. Hasil riset ini menampilkan bahwasanya (1) kualitas komoditas punya pengaruh secara partial pada keputusan pembelian sepatu brand Vans, (2) harga tidak punya pengaruh secara partial pada keputusan pembelian sepatu brand Vans, (3) promosi punya pengaruh secara partial pada keputusan pembelian sepatu brand Vans, (4) kualitas komoditas, harga, serta promosi dengan bersamaan punya pengaruh pada keputusan pembelian sepatu brand Vans. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian. / The studies aim to understand following aspects of the purchase decision: the presence of a partial influence on the quality of the product on decisions to purchase Vans shoes, existence of a Partial influency on price of decision on purchase of Vans footwear, Presence of an influencing of promotions on purchasing decisions of Vans brand shoe, and the combined impact of products quality, prices, and promotions on Vans’ deci- sions to buy shoes. Most of populations in these studies were active student at Christian University Indonesia who already wore Vans shoes. Respondents to this study con- sisted of 58 respondents and sampling techniques use is purposive Sampling. Data an- alyst techniques use in these studies is Double Linear Regressions use application SPSS 25. Results of these studies show that (1) the quality of the product has partials influence on the purchase decisions of the Vans branded shoes, (2) the price has no partial effects on the buying decision of Vans, (3) the promotion is partially influenced on the purchasing decision for Vans Brand Shoes, and (4) the products quality, prices, and promotions combined have an impact on Vans’ brands shoe purchase decisions.
