Abstract

Sectio Caesarea merupakan salah satu cara persalinan, dimana proses pengeluaran janin beserta plasenta dikeluarkan dengan insisi/sayatan pada dinding abdomen dan dinding uterus, dengan syarat berat janin diatas 500 gram dan keadaan rahim utuh. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai penerapan teknik relaksasi napas dalam pada pasien post Sectio Caesarea dalam mengatasi nyeri. Metode: desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus melalui proses Asuhan keperawatan maternitas, tindakan mandiri teknik relaksasi napas dalam yang dilakukan selama 3 hari dan memonitor intensitas nyeri. Hasil: terjadi penurunan skala nyeri, pada pasien pertama sebelum relaksasi napas dalam skala nyeri 8 setelah relaksasi napas dalam selama 3 hari skala nyeri 5, pada pasien kedua sebelum relaksasi napas dalam skala nyeri 7 setelah relaksasi napas dalam selama 3 hari skala nyeri 4. Kesimpulan: penerapan teknik relaksasi napas dalam yang dilakukan selama 3 hari masalah nyeri teratasi pada pasien post Sectio Caesarea di Ruang rawat inap Bougenville Timur di RSUD Budhi Asih Jakarta Timur. Kata Kunci: Sectio Caesarea, Skala Nyeri, Teknik Relaksasi Napas Dalam. / Sectio Caesarea is a method of delivery, in which the process of removing the fetus and placenta is removed by incisions in the abdominal wall and uterine wall, provided that the fetal weight is above 500 grams and the uterus is intact. Objective: to find out an overview of the application of deep breathing relaxation techniques in post-sectio caesarean patients in dealing with pain. Methods: the research design used was descriptive with a case study method through the process of maternity nursing care, independent action of deep breathing relaxation techniques carried out for 3 days and monitoring of pain intensity. Results: there was a decrease in the pain scale, in patient pertama before breathing relaxation on a pain scale 8 after relaxing deep breathing for 3 days on a pain scale 5, in patient kedua before relaxing breathing on a pain scale 7 after relaxing deep breathing for 3 days on a pain scale 4. Conclusion : the application of deep breathing relaxation techniques carried out for 3 days pain problems were resolved in post-sectio caesarean patients in the East Bougenville inpatient room at Budhi Asih Hospital, East Jakarta.
