Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome poses a danger to Indonesia and many other countries. HIV infection can be at risk of developing Pulmonary TB and conversely TB infection increases the progress of HIV. Pulmonary TB is the most common opportunistic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis bacteria. This study is descriptive with retrospective design, through the use of medical records of HIV/AIDS patients with Pulmonary TB co-infection as research data. Sampling technique using total sampling method. The number of HIV/AIDS patients with Pulmonary TB co-infection at the Puskesmas Kecamatan Kramat jati for the period January 2018 - January 2023 was obtained as many as 34 people. It is known that overall the age group of 18-65 years recorded the highest rate at 94.1%, men recorded the highest lift at 79.9%, most worked as private employees at 79.4%, most got hemoglobin <11g/dL at 61.7%, Most high school education was higher with 58.8%, most patients with CD4 count <200 cells/mm3 at 58.8%, most got total lymphocyte count <1000 cells/mm3 at 82.4%, all patients got clinical stage III at 100%, most were get a positive BTA staining result of 100%. Key populations such as homosexuals, WPS customers (women sexual workers), WPS (women sexual workers), constituents (injecting drug users), discordant couples, children with ODHIV (people in the Human Immunodeficiency Virus) are one of the factors that have the potential to influence the number of HIV positive cases. The prevalence of HIV cases in Indonesia in the Homosexual group is at 41.2%, in the WPS Customer group it is at 11.8%, in WPS it is at 11.8%, in Penasun it was at 23.5%, in couples it was at 8.8%, in children ODHIV was at 2.9%.
