Abstract

Batu saluran kemih ialah suatu keadaan terdapatnya massa padat berupa kristal batu pada saluran kemih, yang penyebabnya ialah pengendapan substansi di dalam urin yang berupa kristal, serta dapat ditemukan pada sistem saluran kemih atas maupun bawah. Penyebab pasti terbentuknya batu saluran kemih belum dapat ditentukan, oleh karena banyaknya faktor yang terlibat. Namun, baik faktor intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik umumnya berdampak pada pembentukan batu. Batu saluran kemih adalah penyakit yang menempati urutan ketiga terbanyak di bidang urologi setelah infeksi saluran kemih dan pembesaran prostat jinak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana karakteristik kejadian pada pasien batu saluran kemih di RSU UKI Jakarta periode Januari 2020-Desember 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan deskriptif cross-sectional. Berdasarkan hasil rekam medik di RSU UKI pada tahun 2020-2022 didapatkan pasien batu saluran kemih sebanyak 102 pasien, dan didapatkan mayoritasnya ialah wanita sejumlah 60 orang (58,8%) dengan dominan ada di golongan umur 66-75 tahun dengan jumlah 25 orang (24,5%), jumlah penderita BPH sebanyak 9 pasien (8,8%), penderita DM sebanyak 7 pasien (6,8%), pasien yang sedang hamil sebanyak 4 pasien (3,9%), pasien dengan kolesterol sebanyak 8 pasien (7,8%), dengan hipertensi sebanyak 29 pasien (28,4%), serta pasien dengan obesitas sebanyak 41 pasien (40,1%). Kata kunci : Batu saluran kemih, Karakteristik. / Urinary tract stones are a condition where there are stones in the urinary tract, the cause of which is the deposition of substances in the urine in the form of crystals, and can be found in the upper and lower urinary tract. The exact cause of the formation of urinary tract stones cannot be determined, because of the many factors involved. However, both intrinsic and extrinsic factors generally have an impact on stone formation. Urinary tract stones are the third most common disease in urology after urinary tract infections and benign prostate enlargement. This study aims to find out the characteristics of the incidence of urinary tract stone patients at UKI General Hospital Jakarta for the period January 2020-December 2022. The research method used is descriptive analytic. Based on the results of medical records at UKI General Hospital, there were 102 patients with urinary tract stones, of which the majority were women, 60 people (58.8%), with predominance in the age group of 66-75 years with 25 people (24.5%). the number of patients with BPH was 9 patients (8.8%), DM patients were 7 patients (6.8%), patients who were pregnant were 4 patients (3.9%), patients with cholesterol were 8 patients (7.8%), with hypertension in 29 patients (28.4%), and patients with obesity in 41 patients (40.1%).
