Abstract

Stres kerja merupakan respon tubuh yang disebabkan oleh tuntutan eksternal berasal dari tempat kerja atau beban kerja yang menyebabkan seseorang tidak bisa berinteraksi dengan baik dan dapat mengakibatkan turunnya produktifitas dan prestasi kerja. Stres kerja dapat diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti faktor lingkungan fisik yang contohya adalah posisi yang tidak ergonomis saat bekerja, faktor individu seperti usia, durasi kerja, dan kelompok kerja, juga faktor organisasi. Kejadian stres kerja menurut Health and Safety Executive (HSE) kejadian stres terkait pekerjaan mencapai 44% dari kasus gangguan Kesehatan yang dikarenakan pekerjaan dan menurut Yale University dikatakan bahwa 29% pekerja mengalami stres ditempat kerja yang diakibatkan oleh durasi, masa kerja dan posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Kejadian ini meningkat seiring dengan banyaknya pekerjaan yang membuat karyawan berada dalam posisi yang tidak nyaman. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk melihat ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara posisi saat bekerja, masa kerja, durasi kerja, dan usia dengan kejadian stres kerja pada Karyawan Bank Papua Cabang Waisai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel adalah 68 orang yang sudah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. data menggunakan uji bivariat. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan dari 68 orang yang menjadi sampel 28 responden tidak mengalami stres yang diakibatkan pekerjaan dan 40 responden mengalami stres yang diakibatkan pekerjaan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu kejadian stres kerja pada Karyawan Bank Papua Cabang Waisai yang disebabkan oleh posisi kerja, lama kerja, durasi kerja, dan usia memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (p<0,05) Kata kunci : posisi kerja, durasi kerja, usia, stres kerja. / Work stres is the body's response caused by external demands that come from the workplace or workload which causes a person to not be able to interact properly and can result in decreased productivity and work performance. Work stres can be caused by several factors such as physical environmental factors, for example, non-ergonomic working positions, individual factors such as age, work duration, and work groups, as well as organizational factors. Occupational stres events according to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) work-related stres events account for 44% of cases of health problems due to work and according to Yale University it is said that 29% of workers experience stres in the workplace caused by duration, working period and non-ergonomic work positions. This incidence increases with the number of jobs that put employees in an uncomfortable position. This research was conducted to see whether or not there was a relationship between position at work, length of service, duration of work, and age with the incidence of work stres among bank employees in the Waisai Branch of Bank Papua. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples is 68 people who have met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. data using bivariate test. The results of this study were obtained from 68 people who were sampled, 28 respondents did not experience stres caused by work and 40 respondents experienced stres caused by work. The conclusion from this study is that the incidence of work stres on Employees of the Waisai Branch of Bank Papua caused by work position, length of work, duration of work, and age has a significant relationship (p<0.05).
